50 cents for sauce each is honestly absolutely ridiculous. That’s understandable after giving one or two for free, then up charging. But wow.

Ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget last night in the drive thru. apparently they only had 6 spicy nuggets left, instead of just telling me that they only had a 6 piece, they hid 4 regular nuggets at the bottom and filled up the rest with the spicy so I wouldn’t notice until I got home and started eating them. I could have just paid for a 6 piece but instead I paid for 10 and only got 6.

Went through drive thru around 3 pm on Wednesday 10/22/25 and ordered the JBC Meal Deal; the service was fast however the burger meat was cold, the fries were nice and hot though.

My friend had a roach in her food. They refused to refund all of our money. I don't expect to spend almost $30 to have an insect running around in a sandwich. I will never eat here again!!!!!😡😡😡😡

If I could give them zero I would.

1:30ish pm June 14 I was in the drive through, they're slow but that's normal, it gets to my turn at the ordering, and I sit there for 15 minutes, no answer. I waited, I shut my truck off in case they couldn't hear me. I said hello multiple times, raised my voice In Case they couldn't hear me. I finally drove off, passed back by it 2 minutes later and they're serving people again.

This isn't the first time this has happened to me here. You need to get your stuff together this is unacceptable.
