The guys have definitely up'd the game recently. I come to this wendys weekly and historically this place is hit or miss each visit. But the past few months/year its been pretty much on point. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the inconsistent in previous years service. But for current employees, service etc definitely 5 stars!!

Tried to use the order kisok but couldn't figure it out ( wanted to eliminate cheese on a burger). So, I went to the counter. The young lady was very pleasant and helpful. Our order was ready in a flash. All items were hot and tasty. The place was very clean.

Never left a review before but had the actual worst drive thru experience ever. Waited over 20 minutes in line for a biggie bag and the lady that took my order was rude for no reason. I looked inside and see all 4 employees doing absolutely nothing and one of them was eating a baked potato from his hand. Obviously there needs to be re-training with employees or something because that was unbelievable.

This particular Wendy's single saves burger with the normal toppings was unexpectedly awesome. The balance between the burger and the vegetables was good. Little heavy handed on the condiments but overall a very satisfying burger. Most fast food places do not stand out to me, but this particular Wendy's is awesome.

Got breakfast here and for the 3rd time in a row, bacon egg and cheese biscuit was cold in the middle, wedges tasted like yesterday's reheated leftovers, and even the bacon itself tastes like it's scraped off of returned baconators from the previous week. Very disappointed but maybe it's my fault for still giving them chances.

Although the time we ordered til the time we got our food was fast, the food was hot & good but the floors were sticky, the table we set down at was covered is syrup an other sticky stuff. There was food under tables & it was over all just kinda gross feeling.

I ordered a Jr. Cheese burger, small fries, and a medium drink. I waited 10 minutes to get my order. I had to ask for a cupafter they handed me the tray. I got a COLD burger. Took it back and got another COLD burger with a crumbled top bun worse than the first. Manager on duty was rude when I took my 2nd order back. I ask for my money back on the burger and fries. I paid for my drink. DON'T go to the Columbus, Indiana Wendy's on 46! Bad food and rude employees.
