For the 3rd time ordering the chicken nuggets from here, they have given us the spicy nuggets. I even made sure to order on the kiosk this time and they STILL gave us spicy nuggets. My child does not need to be given spicy nuggets unless I specified that I wanted them spicy. If the restaurant is out of regular, they need to say so. If they think this is funny to put spicy nuggets instead, they need new managers and employees.

Horrible go to the one in town this place will mess up or order or send you something you never ordered... Jan 16th 2025 I ordered 2 biggie bags Crispy blt chickens that came plan.. I ordered a double mushroom Swiss that came plan... I got a taco salad that they said **** that and gave us nothing this place is a waste of space and should be shut down.... across town is way way better not ghetto and trashy

On 01/14/25 my husband and I went into Wendy's and place a togo order. We place the order at the counter. We order a Dave's Single cheese combo with a potato with extra cheese. The patty in the burger was old. The potato was old and not eatable. We order a second meal Dave Double with extra onion pickle and no tomatoes of course make wrong instead of fries we got potato it was not eatable old. We got 6 piece nugget which probably the most eatable but cold. We order a Double Stack which was the most descent burger. None of the burgers where hot. We paid $33.40 for a meal that we could only eat the nuggets and Double stack. The drink were fine. I would maybe understand if it was a little busy but no one else was inside and a few cars was in the drive through . I assume the quality of food doesn't matter I guess they just want to get something out no matter what.

Gone are the days you could pull out of a drive through and trust that what's in the bag is what you ordered and payed for. Lack of simple quality assurance is annoying as a customer. Habitually missing items, paying for items only to realize they aren't there upon getting home. Check your order before you pull out of the parking lot!!

Drive through order. I would not recommend this Wendy's location. Food was cold and substandard. Employees were mumbling, difficult to understand, and messed up multiple parts of our order. They were rude when we asked for the correct items.

Wendy's needs consistency and heart when it comes to employee knowledge and communication when a potential customer ask about what cooking oils is used for allergy awareness. We have had to travel the last two weekends due to a very close family member health and then death, and home going service yesterday. We are headed back to Ga. This is the only location that did not take the time to check the cooking oil box. We used Wendys in Dalton GA last Monday and the service was excellent and again somewhere in Kentucky on the way to Indiana this past Friday. This is not normal for us to need fast food, but we need safe options in a time like this.Even when asked they kept telling us we had to check online. It discouraging, disappointing and the woman was rude. Please remember that you can treat people the way they deserve with kindness and respect and actual customers service. My husband and I could have eaten safely but our son needed a safe option with a business who cares. This was not this location and we left.

I would not recommend this wendys by any means, went through the drive thru and they forgot half of our order, and we ordered an extra buffalo sauce that they charged us extra for and didnt even fill up half the cup for the sauce, they only filled up my large fry half way and it was cold asf. it amazes me how people can work in food service and not give a shit. Like, if your going to handle food, handle it like how you would want your food to be handled, I will never go back here again. if I could rate it 0/5, I definitely would

The store was busy and seemed to be staffed appropriately, but was very slow. Everybody was basically turning in circles not knowing what to do. When things were getting done, there was no sense of urgency. Drive-Thru customers were getting priority as people inside were waiting 15-20 minutes just to get their order taken.
Door Dashers were also waiting 20-30 minutes to get their orders, which kills their hourly rate.
Hopefully corporate is able to get this store straight asap!
