To begin, wings are made to order and there will be some sort of wait time. I truly believe the staff here wants to provide the best service possible but their hands are tied to either poor set-up, processes and procedures or lack of training on the Wing Stop way. Especially when they are busy.
If you’re a Dasher, this is a Dash killer. You will be delayed and you will lose time to where you can keep your per hour rate high.
Hopefully the powers at be at Wing Stop will fix their processes very soon.

Soggy undercooked fries. We even ordered them well done because last time we weren't happy with the fries. Again not happy. We won't be going back. Wings were fine, store was clean. But gosh we want fries that are cooked
