The worker is rude it’s not justified that he is an introvert, he has no patience at all, raises his voice aggressively when one is calm and is simply asking a question. He has always been rude but I’m not okay with getting yelled at for asking a simple question.Won’t be going back

This place is absolutely amazing. The drinks are delicious, the cups are adorable. The owner isn't very talkative and very straightforward, as an introvert I love that! It's the best Boba place I've ever been to.

Yoyo Boba has GREAT boba milk tea, I personally would recommend getting it if you're going to or through Columbus. While the atmosphere and the general look of the shop is small and compact and sometimes has boxes in the way, it is generally nice and appealing. The owner does cash only though. But other then that it is a good shop to go to!

Cash only. I received the change back and left a tip in the tip jar around 11-12%. The worker there complained to me that I should have just thrown the change away instead of tipping so low. (He thought I only gave coins when I did in fact put a dollar bill in there also). Incredibly rude and argumentative until he realized I had in fact tipped what he expected me to tip. I'll never go back and think people like that shouldn't be in service industry. Some people can be jerks and tip low or don't tip, I get that. But what I don't understand is someone acting like a child because they didn't get what they wanted.
I should have just asked for my money back and left without any drinks since he had yet to make them at that point.
