Gom sandwiches were better when Lou used to make them. Music machines are very interesting.
Nothing like it. Enjoy!
Only 4 stars because it wasn't very busy but there was still a 40 minute wait for to-go orders
If you enjoy nostalgia, good food, and excellent homemade ice cream, this is the place.
What a fabulous place! Columbus and Indiana as a whole is lucky to have this. Like a trip back in time.
A really awesome place to eat. It's like a little museum of soda pop dispensers. And the homemade ice cream is the bomb!!!
I been going to zaharakos since I was kid it one of my favorite places to go in Columbus
Went to Zaharakos today and it was awesome! Great atmosphere, excellent staff( our waitress was on top of everything), great food and ice cream! Really worth it and worth the drive from Muncie to Columbus to support this awesome business! Got the home made pound cake, with 2 baseball size scoops of home made vanilla ice cream and added home made pineapple sauce! It was delicious!!!! The portions for our meal and desert were sizable and well worth the money and top quality. 5 stars all around!
we just left this place. total disappointment. Service was AWFUL! seems like no one has their crap together there. back half of restaurant smelled like sewage. food wasn't good at all. husband didn't even get his side order of chili. took forever to get refills. ice cream was the longest wait ever! that girl can't keep up and no one else would help her. we were there at total of 1.5 hours! almost 2! do not recommend and we won't be back. horrible service!
Service was slow and out of order. Desserts arrived first and then our food came mostly cold. My husbands meal was wrong but after waiting two hours to eat, we didn’t have time to send it back. My potato soup was curdled and burned. I really was excited to try this place, but won’t return.

It took a minute for us to be seated even though it was really slow. But otherwise the service was great and the food delicious. The gom cheese and fish and chips tasted great, although I think they changed the fries. They have new daily specials so we were able to get an old fashioned for $1 off and get a free refill. They also have new flavors so we tried raspberry and coffee which was a nice combo.

Fantastic atmosphere, food was just ok but we expected that since it was an ice cream shop. However, it took us 20 minutes to get a 2 scoop sundae, and it was melting to the point of spilling over when we got it. It was tasty but messy.

We just thought it was an ice cream parlor. Just a simple in and out place. NOPE!!! We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked in!! Beautiful atmosphere!
