Tonight I ordered a large bacon cheeseburger pizza. It had VERY LITTLE beef, bacon or cheese. This was after I had been on hold for 15 minutes to put in a to go order that I picked up. And they charged me $27:00!!! To say we were disappointed was an understatement. We are done with ZwanzigZ pizza. There too many good pizza places in Columbus to put up with inferior pizza, poor service and very much too high prices. Adios

Bad experience. We ordered pizza for delivery. After waiting for over an hour and 15 ,minutes, I called and asked if it was still coming. They checked and said they had lost track of it and would make a new one to deliver in 20-30 minutes. I get that restaurants can and do have bad nights, but their attitude to the incredibly long wait time for an expensive pizza was dismissive. We were looking forward to pizza all day and their mistake was not accompanied by any kind of offers . My wife and I had to make alternative dinner plans and felt more inconvenienced than we had in a long time from a restaurant. I don’t mean to make a mountain out of a molehill. We are not that kind of people. But the restaurant staff I talked to were just like “whatever,” which made me inclined to write this review. This is a rare occurrence for me. Tldr; explore other options.

Pizza was ok, a little under cooked, and took forever to get the food. The atmosphere is great.
Went there today with my family. I ordered a Chocolate Beer and two pizzas. While waiting for our food I finished my beer and walked up to the register and ordered another, paid for it and sat down at my table never the bar/ register and waited. After a few minutes a kid who worked there asked if he could speak to me and told me that he was not going to serve me my second beer. I wasn't drunk. I wasn't loud. I was simply waiting with my family for my food. That place is the absolute stupidest restaurant I have ever been in. We cancelled our order and got a refund before going somewhere a little more friendly. I will not be going back to Zwanzigz.

Visited my family from out of town for a movie and dinner. We went to ZwanzigZ after the movie because I had heard it was one of the best places in Columbus. Maybe that was true a few years ago, but our visit left much to be desired. We walked in and it was messy and unattractive, then we received terrible service complete with rude, disparaging remarks from the staff. Didn't taste the food because we left after being treated poorly. I had never been there before and won't be going back.

Only 3 stars because this place is not my cup of tea. It is self-service throughout the whole place. Even if you sit at the bar, you will have to get up to order drinks and food, get plates, napkins, etc. The pizza was decent, and the beer was good, but when I go out to eat, I like to be serviced at least at the bar. If I were to go again, it would only be for takeout.
