Ordered a meals at the connersville Arby's drive thru. My big cheesy bacon burger was raw in the middle. Tried to call the store and phone rang out each of the 3 times I tried to call. Now I have to get back in my car and drive down there to tell them so they don't give someone food poisoning.

Gross. We first went in to go to the bathroom and they were nasty. The paper towel for drying your hands was on the floor. There was no way we were going to try the food if the bathroom was that nasty.
This was the dirtiest Arby's I have ever been in. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days and we cleaned our table off with napkins. As I walked in you could hear my shoes sticking to the tile. We were there about half an hour and there wasn't any other customers the whole time. I even noticed one of the employees had her shoes off and was serving food in her stocking feet. Also the rest rooms were as nasty as the restaurant. Needless to say I will never again stop at this shop and if was my first ever visit to Arby's I would never go back to any of them. Better get better help before you end up being shut down. They were starting to clean as we left and we had to navigate through a soaked floor.
