Do not order the chai tea from one particular waitress or you will get eye rolls, a huff n puff sigh and slamming of her pen and pad on the counter. Other than this horrible service, the food is excellent, but I will not be going there again as I’ve received this treatment three times when ordering the chai tea. Which is a shame because I love the food and the homemade cookies cakes and pies. And the chai tea is delicious, despite the most atrocious service ever received by a wait staff in my life.

Wonderful atmosphere for the young and young at heart! Clean and quiet with plenty of seating and great food. Ordered takeout with 8 individual meals and each item was delicious. The coleslaw is nice and peppery, just like I like it.Kid-friendliness: Books and game lying around for the bored or restless

Haven't been there in years?? You should try it again. They have updated everything. Clean and good food at great prices! Super place for a quick bite of home cooking type food! Reasonably-priced, nice alternative to a chain style restaurant. Do you like to support your local business?? Well this place is deserving of your support.

I'm all for understanding, but this is a bit much.I am going to give a 2 star because I never got to eat the food.We asked what they had, they said everything on the menu.Neither of their soups were ready. They could not make waffles.Out of decaff..They were out Chai tea. When we finally found something they had on the menu she asked if we wanted the breakfast burrito with everything on it. When asked "What was everything?". She said she didn't know, she didn't ask anyone either. ?I get being out of stuff to a degree. But I couldn't find anything they had on the menu, finally we gave up asking and went to Newman's to check it out.

The only coffee bar in Fayette County. Yes one can get coffee any where but no where will you meet others who share the same enthusiasm for supporting local business owners and GREAT coffee.

Easily the best breakfast burrito I've ever tasted. Ingredients are so fresh and delicious!

Kudos to Brian's mom, who goes above and beyond with sharing her cooking and baking skills with our community. Satisfying soups, and a nice variety of sandwiches. Check out the daily specials and don't forget the baked goodies- the best in town.

Had a BLT, sprite, and sugar cream pie. I don't know if they made their own Sugar Cream Pie? It's definitely a homemade style, best one I've had that is not Wick's since the Copper Kettle closed, years ago.
