I ordered 2 whopper combos for dine-in. Both burgers were COLD. Asked the manager why and he told me the employees were supposed to warm up the burgers after making them but they just wouldn't do it. They've been told to, but simply refuse to do their job correctly.

The tea tasted like syrup, the lemonade was out but there was no sign, I had to put water in the fruit punch...I waited 20 minutes in store...my fries were cold and sandwich (impossible burger was burnt)but they handed it to me with a smile 😂

Need to change deep fryer grease more often. Ordered my kiddos French toast stick meals and got home and my kids didn't eat there French toast sticks. Asked my kids why they said had a wierd taste. I tried one and it tasted like onion rings, fries and bad grease, The kind that gives you an after taste in your mouth.

This place has the slowest service I have ever experienced. Typical wait times are in the 10-minute zone. If you have a short lunch you won't want to visit this location.Remember, the one thing necessary for fast food restaurants to survive is food fast.
