I dont typically eat fast good because quality of the food is normally awful. But yesterday while on my route i stopped here to use the restroom. I wasnt hungry till i walked in. It smelt so good. So ofcourse the first thing i do do is check the cleanliness of the resturaunt. Cause if the resturaunt is not clean then you guaruntee your food will not be sanitary. It was clean so i said wgat the heck ill give it a try. Food was hot fresh and good.The service was great. Taking lunch break again here today. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Very slow. Did an online order store was empty and no DT line and still had to wait almost 5 min for a biscuit n gravy and 1 sandwich. Lady that was at the window is always rude and hateful. They would get a 1 star but they have good food

Usually get pretty decent food from here. However, today, my wife tried to get a breakfast sandwich without egg on it as she has an egg allergy. The manager insisted they've been out of eggs for the past 45 minutes. When my wife got home she was careful to check her sandwich out of habit and sure enough there was egg on the sandwich. She called back to see if she could get the sandwich replaced and the manager said she could come back tomorrow for a replacement. No offer of a refund or even an apology was made. I returned the sandwich to the place and the manager still offered no apology for almost poisoning my wife and still said the best he could do was replace the sandwich tomorrow. Complete lack of sympathy and awareness on his part.

I had a great experience with the drive thru order taker name Jerrica. She was very understanding of my father's condition with gastroparesis and subbed bacon for ham on a breakfast sandwich. She was so kind and understanding. 5 stars!

I appreciate the lettuce wrap option. I don't blame Hardee's as they have to survive too but I ordered 3 sandwiches for the family. 1 Frisco, 2 monsters. 28 bucks! No fries, no drinks, no cookies or pies. Just 3 sandwiches 28 and change.
