... come thru drive thru 11:37 . All the employees was gathered at the cars smoking Lady said I'll be right with u as I watched her finish her cigarette and go inside. Order big bag. Messed up the sandwiches. Then girl got an attitude. Like u make 11$..simmer down
Waited 7 min on a turn over. Then another 4 min for them to remake a ham sandwiches. Yeah. Definitely 1 star from me.

The prices on the sign isn't what you pay it's more at the window. Then they don't listen to you which makes you repeat yourself and they still get it wrong. 😡

I have visited this restaurant a few times over the last couple of days. During those visits, I noticed an older man at the register who often leans over the shoulders of the younger female employees to see what’s on their phones. There is also an older woman whom he seems to favor, as he often engages with her and allows her to take 10 to 15-minute smoke breaks, while the other employees only get about 5 minutes. If they don’t inform him directly about their breaks, he asks them where they have been.
Additionally, he rarely takes or processes any orders himself, leaving just one girl at the register to handle everything: taking orders, ensuring customers pay, and handing out the orders. He even instructed her to leave spilled coffee on the floor to tend to customers inside instead of taking care of it himself. At one point, he grabbed something out of her hand rather forcefully when he saw her looking at her phone for about 25 seconds. The service was a bit slow since it was mainly just her working, but otherwise, my experience was pretty good.

Food is okay, but service and getting your correct food order is atrocious. I've gotten the wrong food order twice now from this Hardee's. Also, the GM has an attitude problem. I recommend eating somewhere else.

It’s fast food, however, what makes up for it is the thorough service and the efficiency given by the workers. Timothy was wonderful when I went through the drive-through. Made sure everything was in the bag. Even asked if I needed anything else
