Worst place to ever get food the employees are very rude and not helpful and the foods always wrong sauce always wrong no straw in bag. I order online and they cancel my whole order take my money and tell me I won’t have it back for a few days how is this okay at all?

Went in at 4:15 Tuesday Dec 23, floor wet and slippery ,no rugs, wet all the way to cash register. Ordered a Big Mac ,no cheese and seedless bun as I have thousands of times before and an unsweetened tea! After 20 minutes in which I had time to look about to see,dirty tables and a floor that had not been swept in a while, we got our food, my seedless bun quarter pounder consisted of a burger in a box an to wash it down, you got it if you said sweet tea!, When we took it back up to get a correct order we were met rudely by a manager who could care less! I waited another 15 minutes for my food which was cold! I will NOT ago back!

They stole from me this morning. I was at the drive-up window for 15 minutes waiting on my food. I went inside to tell them that I had to get going. The manager was very very rude to me. I asked for my money back and she told me that I needed my receipt. I went out to my car to get my receipt and brought it back in to her. By this time I am fuming mad. She told me that she would not give me my money back. She told me that I needed to call the number on my receipt. I went to the police station and they told me that it was a civil matter. The police officer was very nice, and understood what I was going through. I will be suing this McDonald's. I do not recommend anyone go there. The only number on the receipt is their number. Why would I call them? And I'm late opening up my shop. They'll be hearing from my lawyer.

It always takes absolutely forever to get through line here, the line is always super long and the buns for the food is always stale. Workers are always super nice though.

Corporate needs to do better!! I came to the store at430am and I am being told to move from the the ordering area because I am running their time up! If the time is going to change post it! The working people are on time limits and depend on accurate times! I won't be coming to this store after this! I will not move from in front of the ordering menu. The store says they are open 24 hours!

Trash service!! No matter what you order they make you pull up to a stall. Waited 10 min for an online order to get cold food. If it wasn't for my kid liking chicken nuggets I'd never go to this McDonald's!
