Trash service!! No matter what you order they make you pull up to a stall. Waited 10 min for an online order to get cold food. If it wasn't for my kid liking chicken nuggets I'd never go to this McDonald's!

This is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to. I would not recommend any one to go here. Not only do you sit in the drive thru waiting 15-20 minutes, but after you order you get pulled over to wait another 15 minutes and it was just for 3 drinks. I ordered 2 carmel frappes and 1 banana smoothie, 3 cars were pulled over AFTER I ordered and they got their BAGS of FOOD over me waiting on just 3 drinks. They will not answer the phone when you try calling. My husband went in and talked to someone and their excuse was they were short handed, and They WERE NOT CORPORATE OWNED. What does that have to do with anything? I will never ever go back here and I will personally tell everyone I know, To not go to this Mcdonalds. If you are that short handed, close one of your drive thru lanes.......Come on people......This was on Sunday 3/23/25 around 1:30- 2:00 pm........And this is not the first time this has happened. I believe in giving second chances, but this place is beyond any I have ever been to......

Drive up is a joke. When we refused to move to a parking spot from the drive up window we were told either move or not get your food. Then when they brought our food we were told that the next time we are told to move we better move without argument. We are done with McDonald’s
Every time we come to this McDonald's, it is packed, and they make you wait forever to get your order. Today, we ordered 2 iced coffees. We ordered and paid through the app, and when we got to the window, they didn't even have our order in the system, and then the order was wrong and we had to wait even longer for them to fix it.
