Food is great they have great smoked meats but the service is on the slow side they also have ice cream, milkshakes and flurries. The restaurant is small only able to accommodate 30 people total but real nice and I do say it is very clean.

Repeated my take out order 4 times over the phone, even had the girl repeat it. Went to pick up our order and noticed the receipt was wrong. Repeated my order a 5th (In person). Big difference when you order a pulled chicken dinner and we got a sandwich. Would have taken it all back but was going to be late for work! Very dissatisfied!

This place use to be awsome.. but now it has changed during country ribs instead of baby back and I never I mean never had to chew the meat off the bone.. this time I did ! If this is the new normal I won't be back ..
I called in a take-out order yesterday and when I arrived home, I was missing part of my order. I called the establishment back and notified them. The woman on the phone was very inconsiderate and told me that they were about to close so I needed to hurry if I wanted my missing order and then proceeded to hang up. I am a full supporter of small business but this has tarnished my support for Rips.

Usually it has great service and speedy service. But today it took the waitress 5 minutes to ask if we wanted anything to drink. Which wasn't a big deal normally except there wasn't anyone else in the dining area or paying except the lady that the waitress was having personal conversations with. Second it took them 20 minutes to get my sons oreo flurry. The third an worst part of this visit was the waitress having a conversation about having her uterus removed along with other personal issues she is having in front of my 11 year old son while we ate lunch. I've always had excellent service and no complaints up til this point but I wasn't happy with this visit st all.
