Ordered food on our mobile app 20 minutes before arriving, said it was done 15 minutes before getting there. Show up and the woman walks away from the register. 4 workers in the back and one woman asks if we’ve been helped. Tell her we’re there for pickup then get ignored another ten minutes until we finally realized our bag and drinks have been sitting on a counter in the back the whole time and had to yell for someone to give it to us. Absolutely awful and the worst part is they were all grown adults. In desperate need of better employees. Will not be back.

Food was not prepared correctly.I ordered extra chicken on the Quesadillas. They verily had anything on them. Everything was just slapped together. $63 order. I will not be back.
We had someone laughing at us at the window last night at 12 am and called and called no answer and called at 11 am and continued to do so u til right now and no person will answer it’s sick that this Taco Bell doesn’t care that they give people the wrong food close it down fr. This happens daily and managers there do not care I have been here for years and they haven’t changed.
Your service sucks their your employees are rude as hell I asked for manager and they ignored me and your service just sucks. Everyone there is lazy and don't know how to do their job

No customer service other than yelling your name and pushing tray of food. Definitely caters to drive thru. If you want a person, you have to stand at the counter until someone can take a break from making food to acknowledge you.
Parking: Parking lot is usually empty as most have realized they cater to drive thru. It is no longer a decent place to go and have a sit-down meal with family.
