I was a regular for a long time at this establishment. I always came in for one bartender specifically because I was always provided superb service and he would go above and beyond for his customers every single time. The last two times I’ve come in, the service and environment are WAY less than ideal so I will not be coming in for a while. It’s a little disappointing to see some of the really good employees leaving. I hope improvements can be made with some of the servers and management here.

I recently had a troubling experience at Wings, Etc. that I feel compelled to share. It’s disheartening to witness how this establishment treats its employees and customers.
First and foremost, the treatment of staff is alarming. It’s unacceptable that servers are held financially responsible for mistakes made on bills. This policy not only places undue stress on the employees but also creates a toxic work environment. They deserve support, not punishment.
The atmosphere is further tainted by the owner’s foul language, which is unprofessional and disrespectful, especially in front of customers. Such behavior sets a poor example and reflects poorly on the entire establishment.
During my employment, my co worker encountered a billing error, and the management’s response was less than satisfactory. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they tried to make her pay for the bill out-of-pocket, and in response to me trying to help my coworker. I had stated that they had voided something for me that night and why they couldn’t do the same for my coworker, trying to establish a fair policy. Whilst in disagreement with a manager who seemed more concerned about being right than about treatment of the employees. She instead made a private comment to my co worker stating how I was “lucky that she was now a manger, because if she was a server, she would have slapped me in my face.” not only is this extremely inappropriate but also indicative of the poor management culture present.
Overall, Wings, Etc. in Connersville has a lot of room for improvement. They need to prioritize better treatment of their employees and customers, implement fair policies, and foster a respectful environment. Until significant changes are made, I cannot recommend this place.

The restaurant was nice. The bathroom was clean. It took forever to get our food order put in. Then it took even longer for our food to come out. My chicken tenders were dark brown and so hard to eat, very dry and disgusting. My husband's burger was the rodeo. Extremely not cooked through. Very pink center. No, he did not ask for a rare or medium cooked burger. His wing sauce was not good, and the wings were overcooked as well. We still not be going back. If, by chance, anyone goes, don't order those off the menu. As well as our waitress put BOTH our friends' bills and our bill on our card. So we paid for both when we did separate bills. She brought out separate checks, so I'm not sure what the heck she's doing, and now we have to wait to get it fixed.
