We live about 150 miles from Converse but when we are in this area about 3 times a year this is our go to place. Always great food, owners are very friendly and interact with customers, and the servers are wonderful, our last interaction server wise was a young lady named Drew, ask for her, great job

We had some delicious brisket and other meats while in the area. While there, I purchased a small tub of the tallow to take home and loved it's smokey flavors when cooking or adding to ground beef after browning. I ordered 3 large tubs of the tallow to be delivered and Lindsay was very accommodating in making it happen.

I walked said. The food is excellent. But I can swear I'm pregnant by the loaded potatoes. In the Halloween drink what's fabulous. I can't remember my waitresses name but she wear a pink bow and had earrings that match and necklace she did a great job I think she deserves a raise.
High-quality delicious BBQ - and this is coming from a Texan! Sampled the pulled pork, brisket, pork belly burnt ends, and bratwurst, and all were delicious - no way to make a wrong choice. Sides were generously portioned and equally as delicious. Try the mashed potatoes, you won't regret it. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and our server Dezaree made the whole experience that much better.

Our server, deserei, was awesome. Food was very good. The ribs were so good that they really didn’t need sauce. The blueberry bourbon biscuit was absolutely delicious!

We drove 40 minutes there and they told us since we didn’t have a reservation they couldn’t seat us. Which is doesn’t say on their website or facebook that you have to have a reservation.
