Asked when walked in shift manager if they allowed out service dog was told no so we left her in car. We ordered and got our tepid temperature food. Fries was not hot st all, ordered a supreme roast beef it barely had any meat on sandwich, kids meal was ok, we don't like to complain but probably not visiting this location again

Crew seems nice, but not knowledgeable about their own products and specials. They were supposed to have jalapeño bits but they said it was out of season, but it was on their menu online. If they didn't have any, they could have said that, but they claimed it was seasonal and they didn't have it.

Went through drive-through 7/31. Received tepid sandwich. BASIC FOOD SAFETY ISSUE. Called to ask for refund. They told me I had to return. Yeah, right, I'm already out of town. Told them they should be able to delete it from their credit processor before it's sent in. They then hung up on me. Did not answer phone when I immediately called back. PATHETIC SO-CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. Intend never to go here again.

We purchased a Nashville hot chicken it tasted nothing like Nashville hot and it was just hot sauce from them. It was smothered to the point you couldn’t grab it and the chicken was completely thin. Completely nasty. Yeah, that’s why I did. I said that. The fries were over done and the buns were burnt on all sandwiches. Tried calling restaurant and it rang many times sounded like someone answered and then hung up. Not a happy customer.

All the Arby's haters need to go try this place out. My sandwich was great, I got the cordon blue but the bacon Swiss is my favorite. The fries were crispy, fresh and delicious! Typical fast food place atmosphere, nothing special but clean and lacking stickiness which is a huge plus. Staff was kind and attentive when I needed something. I'll go back.
