Went there on Christmas Eve and the workers acted like they didn’t know you were there after got our food wanted ketchup it wasn’t on the counter so had to ask for it my food was cold . NOT A FRIENDLY PLACE TO EAT

Just went in to order inside at the counter and was there for 10 minutes and nobody ever came to take my order, just looked at me and left me standing there so I eventually just left. Hard to rate service when you never get any!!!

Only giving 1 star cause I have too. I went up there and ordered a whopper with only lettuce and mayo, came home to find it made wrong. Went back up there to have it remade and they still got it wrong

Tried to make a quick stop for food and it was anything but. Got the SpongeBob meal and was told after waiting 15 mins that the shake machine was broken (broken when I ordered). Then once we got on the road found they had given me chocolate pie instead of the one that should have come with the meal.

I grabbed a couple whopper juniors and they were fantastic the lady at counter was friendly and the manager asked if I had been helped just making sure I was good..which I was so overall great visit

The customer service was terrible & took forever. They got my order wrong and then blamed me for them not reading the receipt!! They need help desperately!!!
