Thanks for the wonderful food on our long journey! Waiter was attentive and kept my coffee cup full. Portions are large. And who doesn't love to shop?

The fish we got was horrible in taste and with veins in fish. 😢 Cole slaw had chucks of cabbage! Needs chopped. I gave it a try since changed…. It’s worse now than Cracker Barrel! I won’t be eating there again! We’re done!

We've had better service at a fast food place. The host took at least 5 minutes or more to seat us and then our server was like in LaLa land. When she finally took our order, the side salad came out and we still hadn't received our drinks. Other people who were seated at least 15-20 minutes after we were ordered their food and were halfway done eating before our food came out. Seems like something was off with the entire staff. Oh and by the way, why do you have to make some much loud noises when sweeping around the tables? We thought someone was building a new room at the other end of the restaurant.

Came to our local Cracker Barrel tonight service and food was excellent, our waiter Mr Gardner went above and beyond for us excellent job

Iced tea tasted sour, vegetables looked like they had been sitting around for a while; greens were turning black and dried at ends of stems.

Waited 45 mins for food. Got food, and it was less than lukewarm. Terrible experience today from chicken fried chicken, steak, country fried steak and even the ham and eggs. I won't be returning.

I had the new York strip it was so tough I was not able to eat it the waitress told me there tough at times sry the sides was wrong it was easier to just eat what I could and go they dont do anything about it on a Sunday evening

I’d like to see better acoustics! Hard to hear each other while dining on a normal basis. I have two brothers who have hearing aids the noise level creates an added issue .

Our server Dorothy made our meal. Don’t get me wrong the food was great! But Dorothy was amazing!!

Sat down after a 20 minute wait just for us to sit for another hour and a half before our server came by with a check for food we still hadn't received yet. After that our order actually got put in and 20 minutes later we received it at our table. Some of it was cold when it arrived, but weren't waiting another half hour. It was a little busy but this was by far the worst service I've had anywhere. After sitting for almost two hours we ended up hitting the restroom where another customer was definitely rubbing one out in the stall, very audibly and had been for awhile because one of the other guys in our group had also heard it about 5 minutes prior to me going. Overall definitely not the best experience.

10/10 pancakes though
