Very slow for only a couple people in line, watched many people wait and people get food before those that had been waiting longest. Hashbrown's came out wrapped in napkins not in their package which didnt seem right. Maybe caught them on a slightly off day, won't stop us from going back

Was late getting back to work because we had to wait 25-30 minutes (after we ordered) for our food! Only 2 other customers were inside with us. Burgers were so sloppy the condiments were dripping off as soon as we picked them up also the wrapper was covered with them, back and front! Couldn't even eat them. Restaurant was very dirty! It was just awful!

We went through the drive thru tonight, and the young lady at the window was very kind and sociable. When someone speaks so kindly and politely to my small grandkids, that's a definite bonus in my book.
Customer service at this location is extremely lacking. Ordered on mobile app gave eta of 15 min. Order took almost 30 minutes to get. When I asked the employee about the order he stated we will get it when we can and walked away. Meanwhile the rest of the party we were with got there orders and were done as well as several other people that ordered after.

We go here fairly often because the food is actually pretty good. The amount can vary from what is expected to quite shy on portions. The floors are almost always dirty and sticky. It’s like they use the same mop and water for the back kitchen (that handles oils and ice cream) as the lobby and dining areas so they are sticky and have dirty shoe tread marks in them. The customer service is like many places with some employees nailing the friendly and attentive service aspect of their job better than others. In busy times it can be hard to find a clean table inside and if using the drive through can lead to 5-15 minute waits by being asked to pull through, so keep that in mind if you are in a hurry.
