I got two shakes Monday evening the chocolate shake had zero chocolate flavor and the vanilla very lame also on flavor and for little over $12 definitely my last trip there I might drive by and throw some money out the window at least I wouldn't feel like I got ripped off again.

The girl working this evening was neither bright nor kind. I got a chicken strip basket, and asked for ranch and buffalo sauce. Get my food and realize there is no gravy, so I go in and ask if you still get gravy with the chicken strip basket that cost 14$ BTW and she said yes and I informed her we didn't get ours. She goes to get it and comes back and tells me I didn't get my gravy because I got ranch and buffalo. My receipt had all zeros by the added sauce and didn't mention it being substituted as my gravy and last I checked the gravy came as a part of the meal....yet I was told I was in the wrong!

This in in regards to the past 5 drive through experiences. I have tried to give this diary queen location the benefit of the doubt but it is by far the worst one I have ever been to. So many times it takes so long to get to the drive through window the blizzard is melted. Melted to the point of being water consistency and they refuse to turn upside down. Tonight I watched a worker talk with a coworker while my blizzards sat on the counter and melted. One had melted so much the worker then scraped the top of the blizzard off in the trash to make it look like it wasn’t water!! I am beyond livid. This is what we teach workers now? Scrape some off in the trash and then continue to serve? Shame on you Dairy Queen for letting this location get so bad. I will not be back to this location ever. Culver’s will get my money instead

This is regarding my latest drive through experience. I ordered a blizzard to go. It took roughly 20 min just for me to make it to tye window. Then when I pulled up, I saw my blizzard sitting on the counter. The young girl at the window was too busy talking to her coworkers to bother ringing me up. After the last few visits with horrible service I will not be back to another Dairy Queen ever again. In my opinion the only place to get ice cream anymore is Culver's.

This was one of few bad experiences I've had at this location. Instead of getting better help, they just get worse. Today the lady attempted to give me my to-go order by napkin. Yes, you read that correctly she didn't put it on a tray or even in a bag just placed a napkin on my fries and grabbed my burger and said my receipt number. Um excuse me could I please get a bag? Meanwhile, the cook was eating food with gloves on. Did he already make my food or was he still in the process, idk. Very disgusted and think my dog will enjoy this meal. I will not be back.
