Overshadowed by how terrible the service was. When we arrived we were told a 10minute wait for a party of 4 there were two people ahead of us- we saw 6 open tables and stood there looking at them for 30 minutes. With the other parties- then we ended up being sat at said tables. Didn’t take long for the food but server dropped our food off and asked if she could leave the check cause she wanted to go outside and wouldn’t be back… mind you we just got our food- terrible experience

I ordered their patty melt and it is absolutely nothing like it is advertised absolutely disgusting overcooked no flavor and they wanted to charge me $15 for this abomination. Absolutely pathetic I demand a refund.

The food is very good and worth repeat visits, along with a very friendly staff. I only wish the food was faster, and maybe they could add 1 or 2 signature desserts. Macncheese burger isn't on the list but highly recommended

The burgers are amszing! The Bourbon Bacon burger is hard to beat. Service is on point every time I've been there. Take the time to take it in.

Absolutely terrible experiences. Two times now I have ordered food went to go get it and came home to find nothing right. Tonight was no different. I ordered a BLT sandwich with a side of garlic aoli sauce. My husband went to pick it up and saw that there was no sauce, no biggie, he asked for some and they gave him some. He gets it home and the sauce they gave him wasn't garlic aoli but spicy chipotle sauce. Not to mention the sandwich they gave me was just a bacon sandwich, not a blt. Not at all what I ordered and paid for. So I call and talk to the manager. They said either we could drive out again using our gas and time so they can attempt to make my order correctly the second time or she could refund my money and I would be out gas and time from the first pick up and I end up with no dinner. No offer to refund me and remake my sandwich in apology for their mess up and poor service. No willingness to compensate for their mistakes at all, or to try and make up for their poor service. Both of their options to fix the problem came at a cost for me the customer who was wronged. All this to say I will not be eating or supporting Flipdaddy's in the future. A message to Flipdaddy's, show your customers kindness and respect and own up to any mistakes your workers make and make it right with the customer. Your customers are who keep you in business and you lost one tonight from your poor service.
