First time at the Alibi this past Sat. Was like walking in to a Judd Apatow movie... to ppl doing the electric slide between re-purposed couches and snugly fit pool tables. Music abounding, spirits pouring, happiness exuding. A spectacular time, if you love dive bars. They made us feel like family tho we'd never been there before. Highly recommend! (not for those with sensory issues unless they prepare).

The Thursday night karaoke is pretty freaking awesome! The people who run it are SUPER FRIENDLY, and unlike a lot of bars with karaoke who mostly only let their friends/regulars sing (regardless of who's signed up to go next...Akikos) these people are fair and follow the "whoever signed up next sings". Love a good dive bar. Bartender and cook were super super nice. Very awesome. Coleslaw was very good. Friends food was good. My fish was pretty bad no taste at all. Good prices too though.
