Please don’t eat here. GM is incredibly rude and uncaring, I ordered 3 large pizzas and all of them were wrong. Store did nothing to fix it and all the employees acted like I was a burden, sorry you all messed up my food I guess? 3 one topping pizzas is not hard to get right!! I worked at a pizza shop for 5+ years!! RIDICULOUS! not to mention the store was horribly filthy and i over heard one of the workers mentioning a pest problem. You can watch them through the glass and see how bad it is back there! Also the music and conversations they have right in front of the customers is not family friendly whatsoever!! I REPEAT do NOT come here !

We moved here from MI a few months ago. We've tried several of the local pizza places and have been extremely disappointed, until we tried Papa John's in Corydon! Great service! Great atmosphere! Great food! We definitely will be repeat customers!

Get a text message saying due to issues unable to leave picture of items. Call the store due to communication from driver and then told it was door dash not the store who delivered! Very unprofessional with conversation and there is always a reason they don’t leave pictures! 2 boxes turned upside down and pizza box opened! Seriously so now we have food we will not eat

Ordered a buffalo CHICKEN papadia without onions, had onions and HAM embedded in it making it completely disgusting and inedible. Will not order from this location again. Disgusting

I’m not usually one to complain and leave a bad review, but after calling the store about the driest pizza I’ve ever received, I have to leave one. I was put on the phone with an assistant GM who stated unfortunately there’s nothing they can do after I ordered a pizza with no sauce and EXTRA cheese (which is what I always order) and it barely has any cheese, it’s mostly just bread. He stated he and the GM have been checking the quality of pizzas all day, and I think they need to do better. I told him I always get the same thing and it’s never like this, I don’t even want to eat what I received. The customer service was poor coming from someone who does it on the daily at my own job. Was expecting more from somewhere I spend my money often. I wasted my time and money when it could have been an easy fix. Truly disappointed.

2 stars for the delivery driver as she was sweet. We order a shaqaroni and Oreo bite. Had it delivered $35 and they forgot the 2 liter. Manager gave me a in store credit for that opened the pizza to see it wasn’t cut and the bread was still doughy it fell apart as soon as it was pulled apart. Ordered here often but I think this will be the last time.

Not only was I missing an item that was ordered and had done called and was told it could be credited or I had to come pick it up . (Then in the back ground somebody said they could place another order and get it and atleast it would be free ) Once we started fixing plates we ran into a problem of nasty and still doughy feeling pizza ! When calling they told us that they couldn’t do anything but credit our account and that “ all their pizzas are cooked the same “ that’s crazy to me since 1 out of 3 of my pizzas were cooked correctly.

The last 4x I've ordered delivery from this Papa Johns, they've not ever given me my full order. This most recent delivery i purchased through Door Dash. I purchased 4 Cheese Sauces and did not receive 1. I called the store and spoke with the AGM and they informed me there is nothing they can do since I ordered through DoorDash. Normally I'd be understanding, but considering the last 4x I've ordered Papa Johns, it's always the sauces that are not delivered. It's not a Door Dash issue. The sauces are placed in the box by your staff. Own your fault. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

I haven't had Papa John's in quite a while. It was easy online ordering. A bit expensive but the flavor was good. The downside to this pizza and it could have been the location so not completely sure, but the pizza crust beyond the outside crust was really thin and you would need a knife and fork to eat it. Not what you should expect from a pizza.
I should have rated and reviewed sooner but I was so busy I couldn't get to it soon enough, so here it is! On 8-16-2024, Friday around 9:30 p.m. me and my husband stopped by for the first time at this location. We ordered 2 pizzas - epic stuffed crust pizzas, 1 sausage, 1pepperoni and 4 extra garlic butter cups - simple right? Wrong... first when we got home with the pizzas the pizza box was super soaked with grease on bottom of both pizzas, I know it's common but these were sitting on a puddle of this stuff! 1 of the garlic cups was busted open halfway, causing a mess! Both pizzas had bland taste- not fresh or good right taste that we experienced at other locations. Pizzas were not well done as we specified online when we ordered also. Pizza slices were so flimsy from sitting on so much grease or whatever was under the pizzas that the slices drooped straight down when held up! All together with the quality, appearance and taste - it was all terrible! So unfortunate for us as this was our first time ordering from this location, this will be our last! Seriously! We love papa Johns but stay away from this particular location! If this is the quality of the pizzas on a Friday night your better off going elsewhere or perhaps another franchise in another town! Trust me you will not waste your $31 bucks!
