Prices have been raised so much , too high for carry out. Have ate at the one in Jeff, NA, and Corydon for years . Not any more. Hate to see you close but you shot yourself in the food. Bye.
Great seafood. If I want great fish... I come here. Nothing exciting. Just great seafood. I had the small fish platter 2 big pcs of fish, fries and coleslaw. Yum yum

That is some of the best fried seafood around!! ?
Good fish, but $10 for a sandwich is a bit much in my opinion.Stacks of bags of cracker crumbs take up much of the dining area, so be prepared.

Food was good but prices have drastically increased. Was a bit shocked. Still good food.
Parking: No drive through
Great fried seafood and terrific service!
The fish is good. There's no doubt about thar, and the service is nice,,but the prices are outlandish, especially soft drinks for 3.39. There.are still places where you can get two nice,, complete meals for less than what a couple of sandwiches cost there.. A fish sandwich,, a clam dinner and 2 soft drinks were 30 bucks. That is neither reasonable nor sustainable. It's really no wonder the place was pretty much empty.
I've never really enjoyed this place. The menu is a bit confusing, the food is pretty bland, and the portions on the non-fish (clam strips for example) are poor.On the bright side, the food is always hot, so there is that. If you really need fish to eat, it'll do in a pinch.
Tasted good, cooked fresh and hot. Over $11.00 for 1 small fish sandwich and 1large drink. Bread is too thin, probably the reason why they put a fork in the bag.

My son and I stopped in for lunch and sat in the dining room. Everything was outstanding. The fish, the hushpuppies and the onion rings were all perfectly prepared and delicious.
I've been there about 3 times. The workers are always very kind and courteous and the food is just as good as Mike Linnigs ?
The menu isn't terribly intuitive. "Small fish" means a fish sandwich with fish all the way filling the bread. It's delicious, moist, not greasy. Extremely yum. Nothing fancy. No lettuce, tomato, onion or pickles. Just fish on bread with tarter. But very good! The onion rings are also delicious and my wife and i could have split a small and not finished them. So, i got a "large fish" (why not include the dang word sandwich to clarify? ) and it was exacly like the small with an extra piece of fish awkwardly stacked on for an extra $3. My wife wisely got the small and i had to pull off the extra piece of fish and carry it out. I also ordered large onion rings and carried most of those out so learn from me. Get a Small fish (it is a sandwich) and small onion rings (not very small! ) and I think you'll enjoy it. We did!
The girls working were very nice, knew exactly what was in every meal. Only complaint was hush puppies were kind of bland and onion rings didn't have much better and not very crispy. I will try it again?
At one time I would of given this place a 5 star. The last three times I have gone there , the fish has been overcooked and dry. Plus the workers don't know the difference between tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. 3 times I've asked for tartar sauce in their containers. I've gotten none all three times, this time I got cocktail sauce for my fish. Fish also overcooked. I gave them a one star because no stars is not an option I will not return.
