The employees were very nice and polite, the biggest reason for the bad review is the food. The cold foam coffees didn’t even have cold foam on them and tasted like black coffee. Ordered a chicken sandwich no tomato and it had tomato on it. Ordered the bacon burger that comes fully dressed and it had nothing on it. Baked potato came without a fork, easy to eat at home but we were heading somewhere afterward.

Son of a baconator, fries and chocolate Carmel frosty! I have 4 stars bc they gave me a vanilla candle frosty instead. Fast service, great food! Wendy’s has lots of options! Bbq sauce is excellent!

Very hit or miss when getting food here these days--and most of the time it's a miss! The worst was definitely my experience tonight, though. We spent about 15-20 minutes in drive thru and paid $25 for 2 large meals-- a big bacon burger and a spicy chicken sandwich. The burger was actually raw in the middle. Not just slightly undercooked-- PINK everywhere. My husband took a bite and noticed the texture was off, and pulled it apart to look at it. It was disgusting. The spicy chicken patty was also undercooked, although it did not look totally raw. It was very stringy and had a weird texture. It saddens me that so many fast food workers do not care about the product they're putting out these days. I worked at Wendy's for 4 years as a high schooler and young adult, and the standards we upheld (and that were EXPECTED of us) are clearly not in place here nor most fast food restaurants anymore.

Food is what you should be expecting from fast food. It was hot and fresh especially the fries. Went inside and had to order from a kiosk not a real person. (That is why I rated it low on service). Personally I don't like drive-thru's and maybe it's just me but you seem to always be missing something from your order.

Can’t eat here cause you stand there for ever waiting on service at the front counter, staff can’t manage anything other then drive thru, if you ask about service they get crude and tell you “we got too many orders” at this point close the dinning room cause yall can’t multitask at all
