Balissa is the only one working in there. I sat at the drive through ordering station, turned my vehicle off, said hello, no one answered. I went to the pick up window and the girl with the afro laughed and pointed at me. She was just standing there visiting with the manager who was just standing there. When I walked in to order, the only one working had to stop what she was doing to come up to the counter to log in to take my order. Kids these days 🙃 I said I will talk with the manager and she identified herself as one of the ones standing there doing nothing. Just standing around chatting with three others. Making excuses.

Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. All cars in front of me had their orders and were gone before they even let me order. Then had to repeat my order 3 times before they got it right.

If I could give zero stars I would, the workers there are disrespectful. My meat was over cooked, fries were soggy. Do better!
Was given the wrong food, again. Paid for Baconator combo, given a regular cheeseburger meal. That I had to remove things that were not wanted to eat. And was something cheaper than what was paid for.

The cook had to make our food and put it on a try for us because most of the employees were into their own conversation to help us. Also one of the employees had a knife in their back pocket big enough to be a hunting knife. Not very comfortable considering I had a child with me.

Why advertise that you are open at 6am? I've been sitting at the drive through for 20 minutes now ( it is 6:31 am) with no acknowledgment and can see staff looking through the window and then walking away. Very disappointing!

I haven't visited a Wendy's in years because I'm not a fan of their fries. I got some coupons the other day, and decided to give them another chance. I used a buy one get one free coupon on a classic single burger, and went ahead and ordered a large fry just because. That was my mistake. NOBODY who eats fast food ever wants soggy, hours old fries. If I'd stuck with just the burgers, I'd have been content as they were actually good. Thanks to serving me old soggy fries, you've lost any chance ever having me as a customer again. Once more for those in the back, NOBODY WANTS OLD SOGGY FRIES !!!
