Today December 27 at about 1:50pm I ordered 1 double bacon cheese burger Pretzel nibblers 4 jalapeño ch/burger A small onion ring and 3 pc mot stick. The onion Rings were cold, the oil used to cook them and mot stick was clearly old and tasted awful. The girl was impatient with me and I didn't get a receipt.

Well we come through the drive through in hopes to get it fast, given that it’s not busy at all. I have been in food service my whole life and I have never even felt the need to leave a bad review before and this was purely ridiculous. Whoever is evening manager, I’m guessing the lady with the glasses in the window, needs to be re-trained and I will be considering calling state manager. We waited around fifteen minutes for us to first be given the wrong order within 5. The food is warm but clearly not fresh enough for time it claimed to be needed to be ready or it may have been cooling off when the three cars behind us were given their food before ours. From the unapologetic moment from being pulled into the lot to wait, to not getting napkins or condiments I would consider giving the poor teenager a raise who had to take the angry customers energy from this poorly ran system at this location. Or maybe eat inside if you don’t want to wait 15 -20 minutes for fast food sliders. Thank you.
