This restaurant is not run professionally or well. It is very dirty and not at all kept up. The food is poorly cooked and not cooked to order. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, had to do it on the kiosk because the teenagers wouldn’t come to the register to help me, and I got a burnt burger with nothing on it. I took it to the counter just to send back and get my right burger and she said I orderd a quarter burger. I wasn’t sure what she meant and when I asked she rolled her eyes and said, “I can give you slice of cheese to slap on burger if you want.” I told her that was stupid and just walked away because I couldn’t handle the stupidity, or lack of customer service or lack of explanation. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Maybe hire better help over the age of 16.

my daughter had a friend spend the night last, they wanted McDonald's this morning, so we go. we order our food two six piece chicken nuggets two value fry, McDouble & value fry my , oldest daughter wanted a Big Mac meal, total was $40? I asked the girl at the window why so high," or if it would save me few bucks to make it a kids meal?. she just stared at me, proceeded to shut the order window, turn around and talk to a girl preparing drinks. That girl persisted in hand throw / toss my kids' drinks in my hand as to act like this was an accident, as they hit the ground, then got mad like it was my fault. She told me to pull forward stormed away. I dont understand what the management is teaching their staff, but wow, they need to learn some customer service and respect . not to get mad if someone asks a question about price or ? Asking a question on how to save a couple of bucks seems normal. People don't like to say anything due to being a small town, but rude service, for asking a question is uncalled for, We do not go there very much as it is, lately its nothing more than a high priced visit. Poorly prepared food, along with immature attitudes and under trained staff.

Oatmeal was not good. Had oatmeal at a later date and it was great. Like the pumpkin spice coffee. ?
Too much sauce on Big Mac, the whole sandwich falls apart before halfway through. This has appended several times in the last 6 mos.

This McDonald's has the worst sweet tea. I have had sweet tea at several different McDonald's in several different cities and states. Every single one has had good sweet tea except this one. You can barely taste the sugar. When I questioned the employee about it having sugar in it she was very rude. She took my cup and poured sugar in it and gave it back to me and said there you go.

BE CAREFUL using your debit cards here. We were told our card was being “declined” so we used a different card. The manager said the hold for the first charge would “fall off” of our account. It did not. McDonald’s got money twice for the same order. I took bank charges and lined statements in to no avail. I was told I need to dispute with the bank. The manager says they have trouble with their internet and the system sometimes “times out.” He will work on sharing that with employees.
