The Beef House Restaurant & Dinner Theatre

I requested the 8 ounces ribeye Steak meal. The steak had an overwhelming taste of wood (I am assuming wood was used to prepare the meal). The chicken noodle soap tasted as if sugar was added to it. The baked potato tasted like wood. The rolls were amazing. The apple sauce was great. The combination appetizer consisting of fried breaded zucchini, onions, and mushrooms was very good. The waitress was amazing! She kept the drinks coming and the rolls.

Always a must stop if you can!! You get so much food for your buck. Our waitress was nice, but seemed to be rushing our dining experience.

Terrible food was just Luke warm and flavorless, best part was this server named Jayden, he was the GOAT, best server I’ve had and he wasn’t even our server he was really nice and funny, also our server Annie was great.

My first time at the beef house was definitely not bad. I ordered a new york strip and frog legs. The frogs legs were delicious, however the steak was a little bland. Nevertheless the service was great, shout out my dawg Jayden, you the goat.

My Dad & I stumbled onto this place on our way to Terre Haute for a weekend business trip. Absolutely phenomenal. Our waitress Kelly was outstanding, friendly, and helpful. The food was delicious and the pricing was on-track. We got the cafeteria-style meal and were almost pinching ourselves at how good everything was. We could not believe that after miles of nothing this was the place we found to eat. Definitely a must-try.

This is not the same place it used to be. We don’t live in the area and we’re passing through. We had fond memories of going there pre-Covid when we did live closer. The only thing that remains the same were the delicious rolls. The salad bar is gone. Just a small ice berg lettuce salad with a slice of tomato and croutons remain. It is served to you. The ribeye steak looked more like a small chopped steak. Our server did not check on us. We had a long wait for everything. I was very disappointed.
