Blue Cactus Tacos & Tequila Bar

Went with friends for the first time. Typical Mexican restaurant food. Needed spiced up. The option for spicing it up were medium, no hot. Service was attentive, quick and quite good for arriving at opening. Food was good and abundant.

We love going here, everything we’ve tried has been fantastic. Also a huge plus is they have a good variety for kids meals - that actually taste delicious.

I ordered supposed to be shredded beef tacos ? I have no clue what kind of meat that was she said it was shredded Taco beef totally gross me out ? I told her I did not like the food she did nothing about it, a total of three of us the bill was $110 plus a tip a couple drinks a piece but none of us like the food at all, we told her the food was pretty gross ? I even asked her before I ordered was it good she said yes ,a lion sells pitch I will never go back to this place again and I will definitely put the word out, you all should be totally ashamed of yourself ? For lying to customers. That the food was good, I even asked people sitting at another table they said it was the first time they've been there also. Seems funny they was there just a short time and left, I looked over and their food was still on their plate ? this place needs to be closed down, I only rated it a one because I can't give you a zero. I will report this to the better Business bureau. And let people know how we was treated after we told the waitress the food was pretty nasty. At least she could have got a manager out there and made it right with us somehow. Maybe something different on the menu. No she didn't offer nothing at all. Shame on you very poor business!!!!???.. you will definitely be the next close down ? because I will tell everybody how gross and how disrespectful and how expensive your food is how nasty it was I have no idea what kind of meat that is it definitely wasn't no beef maybe goat or sheep or cat or dog shame on you yes I'm totally pissed off I'm on disability and that's a lot of money ???????

A random stop turned up a hidden gem. Super fresh, great service, amazing flavors. I loved the Cucumber Fresca Margarita sans alcohol. Highly recommend.

The shopping center location kind of put us off for a moment, but I am delighted that we decided not to judge a book by its cover. Walking through the doors, we were immediately taken in by the decor and the ambiance - like being transported to another place. We sat at the bar, not due to wait time, but because we were so fascinated by the tequila wall. We eventually became a little concerned that it wasn't busier because we would hate for Crawfordsville to lose such a treasure. We were assured that they usually are, but traffic was light because of an event in town. We ordered a side of guacamole to go with the chips and salsa and it was all amazing. Ditto the entrees. I usually order vegetarian, and there were several options, but I opted to cash in my "occasional seafood" allowance for the Seafood Relleno and OMG. My boyfriend ordered the birria tacos and had a similar reaction. I'm a cilantro lover and was fascinated by the idea of the Spicy Cilantro margarita - it was SO GOOD - not too spicy at all, but definitely something to sip. The tequila recommendation we requested from our server was spot on when my partner ordered one "neat." Wish we'd had room for dessert. Can't wait to return and may make a special trip just to visit the Franklin location. Whatever you do, don't sleep on The Blue Cactus.

Excellent service! This is by far our favorite local restaurant. We have loved everything we have ordered.. the guacamole is a must!

Amazing every time.. my drink is always full. The chorizo ball appetizer is a must. My grilled shrimp tacos were perfect, and the pineapple salsa just brings the dish together. Fajitas on point.

It's been a bit since we have visited Crawfordsville. Very tasty food. Authentic! Great customer service. Friendly. Prices reasonable. Hats off to you. Will remember this place and come again. :)

I've been to the Blue Cactus twice now. Both times the service was absolutely great! The tacos were really good, but I loved the grilled chicken burrito. I would also recommend the margarita flight.

It was our first time there , their salsa was flavorful and you could really taste the garlic, The fresh made guacamole is probably some of the best I’ve ever had. I ordered the pork tacos in corn tortillas which were excellent! Will definitly be back, great service and beautiful atmosphere
