This is one of the worse locations! Do not bother ordering from here. I have done two online orders from this location. Each time they have been way over the estimated time. The first time way more than 30 mins. Went in and there was only 4 patrons in the area to the far back right. Half the order was hot and the other half was ice coldTonight, my family had a large wing order. It was supposed to be ready at 6:10p. I didn't walk out with our order until 7;01p. When they bought out my order I asked for compensation since it was overdue by almost an hr. The hostess went to check. I was told no when she returned.I said not even a dessert, or a $5 gift card for my time? They girls both said that their manager never lets them do that and they didn't want to get in trouble with him. The one girl offered drinks but I wasn't trying to juggle drinks to my truck for whole family. Plus we don't really drink soda pop. It was very sweet of her and I always her just being the hostess wanting to make the situation right. Despite her managers instructions. While I was sitting there for almost an hr l with a group of 10-15 people, a pregnant mother and her 3 children that were there when I come in wait to be seated over an hr later. They even seated 2 other groups that came in after me. The restaurant was messy with tables needing cleared and trash on the floor. There were people that hadn't even got their drink orders the entire time I was there. People just don't do their jobs with the same enthusiasm like when I was a kid. I am not going to return to this location. It is the same amount of time as the Crawfordsville and Lafayette locations and many other wing options. Buffalo Wild Wings in general, has just been going down hill the past couple years.
Finger lickin good outside the hood. On a real note, I love their wings. I got the munchies and ate too much and puked, but it was a nice expirence which goes for show it is really good. Would I do it again.... maybe. I'd like to say no, but I didn't think it'd happen the first time ?

Food was not good got appetizer platter hot wings were bad and onion rings cold . Chips had very little topping cheese stick was all I ate all of trased rest waitress was busy so couldn't get her attention so called it a wash shirt staffed maybe .

It was great when it first opened all those years ago, but has steadily dropped in quality and service. It's very expensive, takes a very long time to get your food (wether you're dining in or picking up), and often gets the order wrong. The service wasn't terrible when last I dined in, but it's clear there aren't enough people there to do the job anymore. Honestly, I wish places like this would just give up. That, or figure out the proper way to pivot and run things with a smaller staff that cares.

I ordered my wings thru door dash. Was fast and lady was super nice. Great food, but we ordered 2 traditional wings with parm and Buffalo with sauce onside 3 ranches. I did order extra parm and paid for it. When we got it we had our 3 ranches, but got only 1 Buffalo and parm in the side sauce containers for like fries. Wasnt happy about it at all.
