Food was great and the people were really nice. I got a single burger combo and it tasted fresh and well made. It’s a little pricey, but that’s kind of expected for good quality food. I always feel good after eating here — the food just tastes clean. Would definitely come back.

Ever since it switched hands, the accuracy of orders has gone downhill. This place charges too much to not include entire items, leave out ingredients that they charge extra for, mess up your drink order, and show zero signs of improvement ever. I’ve (mistakenly) been here four times over the last month and not one order has been correct.
Update: I’ve made the mistake of coming here a few more times. Nothing has improved. I’ve contacted them through the website as their reply indicated and nothing has improved. 0/10.

This Culver's was probably the best one I've ever been to. They had excellent customer and fast service. I've honestly never received a burger before that looked just as good as an advertisement, until now. I went here three times and the food was just like it was advertised every time. Oh, and they were fast! I never waited for more than 5 minutes.

Food was just about normal for a Culver's but service was awful. They give smaller ice cream servings than any other Culver's I've been to. They forgot to add toppings to one of our burgers and rather than remaking it, they just handed up a tray with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
They had their employees vacuum right next to our table while we were eating.
Just not a great experience.

I enjoy the Turtle pints of ice cream. When they are prepared accurately they are AMAZING, however, over the past year they have only been accurate about 25% of the time. They are mostly just vanilla custard with a couple pecans, some flecks of chocolate and a tiny bit of caramel . I have called to let them know, but honestly I'm ready to just give up. They are apologetic and offer to replace them, but I get tired of calling all the time.

I'm a dasher for doordash, the culvers crawfordsville indiana location a manager named Robert was very rude,he told me to hit done when I got taking a pic of my delivery I told that I had it taking care of and I'd been doing this for a while,his attitude needs to be checked,instead saying it in a kind tone telling me they have to make sure,he had a hateful attitude,he needs to be thankful people are delivering for him,and not be rude to dashers.
