Not only were they blaring Rhianna through the speakers, but they never get my order right. I think I'm just done giving them another chance. All the other Culver's that I go to get my order right just fine, I'm not sure why this location struggles.

So, I doordashed an order just a few minutes ago. Food got here pretty quick so was happy until I opened and they have on the receipt everything I ordered and paid for but an entire burger was missing. So, I paid for services and food I did not get. Bag was not tampered with from the delivery guy from door dash. Just don't see how you can get everything right, yet forget an entire burger. Spent over 70$ and would expect with the price that I would get my entire order.

It is sad a plain sandwich costs more than if you had cheese and lettuce on it. Manager not helpful and did not return my money. I will not go to the one on Veterans Parkway in Jeffersonville. Very unprofessional and rude!

The food was brought out to us cold and overcooked. I took the food back to the counter and when the young man assisting me asked the kitchen staff to correct the order the man in the kitchen questioned him. To say the least Culver’s should be ashamed to send out over cooked cold hamburger meat not to mention when they added a burger that was missing originally it was also cold and hard and only half a burger hamburger buns were dried out and falling apart. We came in at 12:53 this afternoon, and paid $25.77 to get subpar cold overcooked food would not recommend wasting your time and hard earned money. Pre cooking food is unacceptable and perhaps the health department should pay your business a visit. Culver’s Corporate should revoke your ownership period you should not be in the food business if you cannot properly handle food you will make someone sick.
