I would give it 0 stars if I could. I love Dairy Queen but this is the third time that they have gotten my order wrong. I always order the chocolate Extreme and each time the one main thing they get wrong is that it does not taste like chocolate at all because they don’t add enough chocolate sauce to it. And today they got my order wrong THREE times. I am never going back again.

Since this location has had new owners, the service and food has been great! It’s always clean and there are lots of special treat choices in the freezer. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

absolutely awful. they were so unbelievably and insanely rude. couldn’t understand him and he got mad because of it. never EVER go there. the food is crunchy where it shouldn’t be and you can tell something just isn’t right and it doesn’t taste right

This was the absolute worst Dairy Queen I have ever been in. First off as soon as you walk in the door the small hits you like a truck full of manure. Second thing is the guy who took my order you could not understand him I had to ask him to repeat his self many times. Third is the food was the worst I ever had. I ordered a double backend cheese burger. I got one half of a slice of bacon and my bun was soaking wet as if they dipped it into a bowl of water before they served it to me. Needless to say I will never go back.
