We have eaten there a few times always good.I ordered carnitas.Half my plate was fat, thick pieces of it.I showed it to the waiter, who said that is how they cook it.Maybe but serving this to a customer quite frankly was disgustingMy wife's enchiladas were very good.It is a cool place, probably go back...but will not order carnitas

Decided to check this place out with a group of guys from work on our lunch break. Arrived about 15 min till two which is the lunch dead line. Waited about 5 min before they decided to finally sit us down. There was barely any customers already seated. After that it took them about 8 min to finally come take our order after we already knew what we wanted from the lunch menu which ends at 2. When we tried to order from the lunch menu. We were told that they can no longer serve us at lunch prices. We ultimately came to enjoy a quick lunch meal not a whole dinner meal at dinner prices. It was very heart breaking that they would not honor the fact that we had already entered 15 min prior to 2pm. Didn’t feel the sense of satisfaction and basically weee told that the boss said there was nothing he can do. I wouldn’t recommend this place for lunch if you don’t arrive at least by 130. They have zero tolerance. Plus they gave me a cup with guacamole on it from someone’s finger.Kid-friendliness: Very uncommunicative and zero tolerance for arrive 15min before 2 for lunch menu. Will make you wait to sit you down and serve you 2 min before 2pm

I went to the local college, so I had a lot of dinners with friends here. The place has done nothing but get better ever since. It is the best and most authentic Mexican restaurant for miles and miles around. I beats the heck out of anything I had in nearby Lafayette, and really anything I've had in Indianapolis as well.

Nice decor. Friendly staff. A great menu far beyond the typical Mexican restaurant. We drive an hour to get here and it's well worth it. The tamales are wonderful and the enchilada sauce is so tasty. They have a great seafood selection. The fried tilapia with the garlic sauce is excellent.

Excellent as always! My only issue is the price. It's not too terribly expensive, but since the pandemic prices have been raised more then I'd personally like. Also the menu prices are different then what you get charged. But food is always grade A!
