Greek's Pizzeria

Tonight was the third and final strike against them. The last two times they got my order wrong and when I mentioned it to the waitress, all of a sudden I got black flagged. No checkup, no refill, no box for leftovers, and no check. Had to go to the register to even see the check. Tonight was poor service, very slow food. We saw our orders go to other tables and back to the kitchen like they had no idea who ordered it. The waitress finally came to us and asked what we ordered and explained that our orders got mixed up. As we waited for our food, we played 3 rounds of Singo. If anyone has played, it takes a while! I won a round and my wife won one. The guy doing Singo said when the manager gets back the winners will receive a gift certificate. Unfortunately, everyone who won didn’t receive anything. No manager, no prizes, crappy service, I’m done with Greeks of Crawfordsville!

We waited over an hour for our dine-in order. When it did come, there were no napkins or plates. I ended up just using the paper from the bread stick basket to wipe my hands off. We watched multiple patrons just go back in the little behind the counter looking for drink refills and napkins. I know they were probably trying as hard as they could, and were short staffed, however we couldn't even flag someone down for that. The people next to us eventually just told them to just bring their order in a box because they had been waiting longer than us.

The food is good and the people were nice but this was like a middle of the week sort of night l, not a busy downtown weekend.

Ordered pizza at 6:30. Waited an hour to call and ask if there was someone on the way, was told someone was on the way.
Waited another 30 minutes, no one knew where the manager was but I called to just cancel the order at this point.
No one knew how to contact the manager. Poor communication, won’t be ordering again.

Excellent recipe, even better owners. Food was amazing, I inhaled these bread sticks like tom Hanks being rescued from that island. Had a hiccup with an order and they jumped to fix it, thanks guys will definitely come by next time I'm in town!

I was biting into my first slice of pizza here and I tasted something off. It took me awhile to figure out what it was. Real tomatoes I think. The whole thing tasted so authentic that I almost left immediately to get a cheap frozen pizza just for the familiarity. The service was great as well. They didn't carry milk on the menu but our server was gracious enough to go out of her way to obtain some for my young child. Excellent place!

Walked in to a typical pizza joint. Saw signs on the kitchen door for beers available on draft. Asked what they had and was told they didn’t have beer. Asked for water with lemon; they didn’t have lemon. When my husband ordered the spaghetti marinara with “Greek sticks” (on the menu), the waitress asked him what marinara was. Later, she came back and asked him what Greek sticks were. When she brought out my Greek salad, she said they were out of black olives. Apparently, they were also out of romaine because there was none as described on the menu. She then brought out my pizza, which was good, and the Greek sticks. She never brought my husband’s spaghetti. When asked, she thought it was a sandwich or something. Obviously, she didn’t know the menu.

Waited an hour for a small pizza and a salad. I live a mile away. Pizza was cold. I even had to call and check up on the delivery status. The fact that I paid 31.00 after a tip is insane. Quiet frankly way too much for a darn lunch and a personal sized pizza practically.

Honestly, I didn't know what to expect from this little pizzeria since I'm not from the area & it did not disappoint! The pizza is amazing and fairly priced!
