I absolutely love Jack’s donuts. They have delicious donuts, but I had a rather bad experience there today I communicated my drink order with the lady at the register a few different times she assured me she got it and look. I’m just having a bad day. I was excited about the coffee. I ordered a large iced caramel macchiato and she handed me a large Americano, which is not the same thing I also ordered my son a watermelon Boba, which I’ve got there many times they’re out of watermelon so he switched it to dragon fruit they ended up handing him a cup with Boba in the bottom of an ice and told him to fill up the Sprite at the fountain drink himself I was already waiting long enough. I just doctored it up with lots of cream and splitting up, but it could’ve been a moment and it was disappointing.

The donuts are good though not the best, the place itself is spacious, but the service, while friendly to your face, is not good. Placed an order and the morning I go to pick them up, I’m told “we can’t make donuts today due to our equipment being down”. No apologies or willingness to invite future business ; do not recommend for orders.

Have tried a few different options,I know a cinnamon roll should not weigh a half pound, it's not from the size of the donuts they are nothing but oil.They all taste the same....grease

They were not fresh donuts as claimed to be. We drove from Lafayette Indiana to try them out in crawfordsville Indiana. We did this because of word of mouth. Not impressed. The donuts on the outside were very hard and old and there were some soft spots in the middle like the dough inside but it wasn't worth the trip it just didn't impress. They would have been good had they been fresh. The price wasn't too bad. But next time we'll bring a gallon of milk from home. I'm sure if you get here at 5:00 or 6:00 or maybe even 7:00 your donut would taste really good cuz they be soft like donuts are supposed to be and they would taste fresh like donuts should. The staff that was there the two girls they were really nice.

Quality has dramatically declined. Ordered donut holes , they were ripped all in chucks like a cake . Then was asked if I wanted to taste them ... umm do better. We have slim choices for breakfast in Crawfordsville.

I hear they have donuts shipped in rather then making them in house.

Love getting Jack's donuts. They are always good, but staff doesn't always know what they have... Even if you ask they might say they don't have that..... You look for an alternative in the case and then bam.... What you wanted is right there.
