Ordered turkey tom. Got tuna. The gal at the window wouldn't tell me my total or even glance at me. I just did drive through the gal who took my order was nice but it was a big difference in what I ordered that wasnt favorable that I didnt get to notice until I was back to work.

Working here was the best job experience I have ever had. No fast food place is perfect, but this JJ's is the most clean and efficiently run restaurant I have ever worked at. The managers and the owner put a lot of heart into keeping this a safe place with great quality food. Genuinely love this place.

Do NOT work there. Managers fat shame their own employees, customers, and kids (who they will bring in and borderline ignore in the store for hours sometimes btw). They are also EXTREMELY ableist about their neurodivergent workers. Sam Girvan says the N word there. They bring weed to work and are too high to care and function. Also unhygienic about gloves and washing hands so don’t even eat there either if you can! Didn’t even change the knife when I cut myself so everyone got my DNA in their subs! Store revolves around nepotism so if you aren’t related to someone or are friends, you are always singled out and treated like dirt.

I frequently order from Jimmy John's in Crawfordsville for delivery, and I can confirm that the service here is exceptionally good. As a non-citizen from East Asia, I want to say that the service at this store is the most polite and nicest I've experienced since coming here to study. The deliveryman and the employees are all friendly. They inform me about my food status through polite phone calls and sometimes even provide me with a free dessert when my ordered desserts are unavailable (because they cannot call me).
Be prepared, the largest sub is SIXTEEN INCHES long. Besides the weird sizing they make absolutely amazing subs for a semi-decent price. They also make the subs extremely fast without ruining your sub, they know what they are doing. If you like watching your sub be built to your every command, its not like subway, you tell them what you want and you get it shortly after, not telling them the proportions you want like subway.
