Your grab and go service seems to be more like grabbed and gone. Except for very off-peak hours, we have always had to wait for our dinner. You ate undoubtedly popular, you should cook like you know it.

I ordered on the app. Was given a time that my food would be ready. I went to pick it up, got there 1 minute before the time I was supposed to pick it up. Still stood inside waiting for over 30 minutes!

After waiting 5 minutes at 9:40 was told they were closed. So a tad bit frustrated especially as I had tried calling beforehand and gave up.With that said 5 Stars for the Italian Cheese Bread, which I shall miss!

A lot better then they use to be for sure. Food is better and done! You dont see employees rough housing any more. Love there thin crust ?

The pizza used to be the best in town. We got pizza this evening. Custom regular crust, mushrooms,Italian sausage and extra cheese. Also a thin crust, bacon ,sausage, pepperoni and extra cheese. At least we could see the pepperoni on the thin crust. As far as bacon and extra cheese???? No way Jose. The regular crust, I could have counted the sausage pieces at about 35 and as far as mushrooms, not many. Extra cheese was not even there. Paid 23.50 for two sad pizzas. Sorry guys, you've lost all my faith. Absolutely disgusted with the downhill slope of ingredient's and the uphill slope in price. Guess you can't read the order of your management has changed. Going to have to try papa John's again.

These were custom ordered pizzas. Regular crust with sausage, mushrooms and extra cheese. Barely a mushroom on it. I count about 4 sausage pieces per slice. First one I ate had one sausage and two mushrooms... the second photo was also a custom thin crust. Bacon, Italian sausage, pepperoni and extra cheese. Don't see any bacon. Nor could I taste it. If this is extra cheese well? They were a great pizza place until the last 3 months or so. From raw pizza to no toppings when ordered as specialty pizza's for an up charge. I have to wonder if there's a management change. They were always forgetting items in your order , but pizza was always good. Now the pizza has gone to the birds. Look elsewhere as I've been a patron since they reopened. Time to find a new home for pizza. Very sad. Had wonderful breadsticks until they stopped putting butter and cheese on them like the old days. Don't order them at all anymore. Wings are hit or miss.

Screwed up two orders we had. One order was missing sauce, completely different calzone.Other had normal stuffed crust, when we paid more for the pepperoni stuffed crust.

Got the pepperoni deep dish it was good got a regular pepperoni pizza it was good too two things of breadsticks also very good . They was fast and the employees are great and the store is clean.
