Dirty, slow service. Had a knat problem and front doors were open and flys. Won't go back.

This location seems to be struggling with staffing issues. There was only two ladies working and they did the best they could. Service was very, very slow that the food, when it came, was fresh and hot. This location is very outdated and in need of a refresh

I have been here many times and thought I would try something new off the menu today. I ordered the new grilled shrimp and salmon Dinner. It was ok but way too much pepper on the fish plus I added hot sauce on this before trying it..way too hot 🔥 🥵..I will definitely settle for my usual next time when I pass thru again

The salmon dinner had so much pepper it almost strangled my boyfriend. My fish and hush puppy’s were grease laden.

This place was seriously disgusting. Stopped in from out of town and almost fell in the lobby because the floor is covered in grease. It felt like i was ice skating. I have never left a review for a place but i was so shocked at how dirty this place was that it needs to be brought to someone’s attention. Did not eat here and would not eat somewhere this unclean. Would not recommend

4 people behind the counter or should I say 1 person behind the counter 3 in and out of every where except helping with the orders. This place is ridiculous. I felt so bad for the one girl that was trying to do everything while everyone else is just goofing off.... pretty sure they did a drug deal in the bathroom!

Couldn't get a hold of anyone on the drive thru speaker to place an order even after going inside getting their attention to answer the drive thru speaker.

This long John silvers in Crawfordsville Indiana, needs a different manager district manager to oversee this restaurant. The lady that was working today was by herself doing the best she could. The restaurant was nasty need a major overhaul.

I'm not certain what has happened in society. The two ladies at the counter were very nice. One would like to see people taking enough pride in themselves and have enough self-respect to dress a little more professional.
The dining room was filthy. Upon entry, the staff were sitting in a booth vaping. The napkins were empty, there were no forks and zero ice in the ice machine.
If you have time to lean, you have time to clean.
