Food was hot a fresh both times I came. The window employees were nice, but appear to hate their jobs. The inside doesn’t appear well organized.

The drive through lane at this location is…. Very odd.

Place was dirty. Floors were sticky. Restrooms were not very clean. Food tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile.

I had a doordash pickup at this location and it was within business hours listed on the store front. Front doors locked, okay it's late. Myself and several others waited at the drive-thru intercom for several minutes and got no response. No posting on the menu board about closing early, no one coming to the customers to say something. I knocked on the doors and got stares from the staff but no one has the courtesy to come to the doors to say anything. Finally, I sat at the drive-thru window desperately trying to get my customer their order and waited and knocked and waited. Staff member finally came to tell me they were closed. Again, nothing posted to say they closed early. Horrible customer experience, not only did my customer lose on getting their food, but I lost work. Highly recommend people do not view this establishment.

Sat at drive thru for 10 mins, nobody helped us. Husband went to go in, doors are locked, no signs saying closed. I called and a girl answered saying closed

The tables were dirty, the floor had food all over it, two of the booths had big tears in the upholstery, and the food was extremely greasy.

Shrimp and fish were reheated, shrimp was so tough, the guy cooking, dude you can't serve that crap to people. Fish was so chewy. I could not cut the shrimp with fork, wish I would have sent it back. Oh, the grease saturated fish, bathroom stinks like urine, live fish, chicken but will not go back here !!!

This location seems to be struggling with staffing issues. There was only two ladies working and they did the best they could. Service was very, very slow that the food, when it came, was fresh and hot. This location is very outdated and in need of a refresh
