This place should legitimately be closed down by the Health Department! Absolutely disgusting. Lost my appetite when I went into the bathroom. Literally got sick!

I'm glad I went to the restroom before ordering. This is by far the most disgusting filthy restaurant I've ever been in. Once walking out of the restroom I got looking at the rest of the place , floors and mats are just a bad.

Floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped in days, tables dirty, trash on the floor, at least five people behind the counter and I am the only customer so there is definitely time to clean something, I have always liked this restaurant but this is the dirtiest I have ever seen it, sad, even a hairbrush sitting next to the drink area. Very friendly people though,

Crew was nice, we decided to eat inside. Thankful my chicken was cooked properly and the rice was old as it had set there all day and not eatable. Glad chicken was done verse (greenwood location) raw chicken they gave me in drive thru.The store was dirty, floor greasy in the dining area, the condiment area was dirty, and it was not properly stocked and trash under the cabinet as we looked for lids for our cups. Tables were a mess, they weren't busy as we were only one inside, no one in drive thru, the young lady did come out and started wiping tables, definitely not cleaning as needed or wiping tables very poorly, definitely not the way it should be done.

Went to pick up my online order at Crawfordsville. Went to drive thru speaker told them my order and name was told to pull up. There was 1 car in front of me so once they got food I pulled up to window. Never saw that first person for 20 minutes. Then 2 cars got behind me. Finally worker came to window with food and drink and said that will be $xx.xx. I said I’ve been here for over 20 minutes was told to pull up and have never received my food. It is already paid for. She said oh. Then left and I assume shift manager came out and belittled me telling me I can’t just pull up to window cause they don’t know when someone pulls up. She continued to tell me I have to go to speaker first. I stopped her there and told her she has no idea what happened as I had done all the steps she said to do and was told by a worker to pull up. She said oh well maybe that worker just left. Sorry. Take responsibility you screwed up. Don’t try to blame your customers. Worthless. Will not be getting my business as they obviously don’t care and either do I.

I done an online order yesterday for two meals extra chicken extra fish got one mill nothing extra and now they won’t answer the damn phone and I have my receipt

The service was awefull! I paid ten dollars for eight shrimp I never got. And when I went to call them they never answered. I had to claim one star to leave a review and they don't even deserve that

The quality of this store is terrible. The food I got was severely overdone and too crunchy for my husband to eat. Floors were greasy store was dirty. The manager was very nice but he’s steering a sinking ship unfortunately!
