I ordered two McDoubles no onion no pickle two McDonald’s extra pickle Brodie Ireland specifically took my order and paid me out after being denied thru drive bc I’m on a electric bike I get home and the two McDoubles no onion has onion on the outside bun I called 1508 store and brodie ireland answered the first time and i call the second time to tell him I the second burger was exactly the same way and he didn’t say a word and hung up on me
If your employees make a mistake taking an order because they are listening to their phone, the customer should not be the one to pay for the mistake.
THE CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EMPLOYEES MISTAKE!
Food oversalted, cheese not even on the sandwich but hanging over the box, mayo in the box. Worst McDonald's I've ever had the displeasure of visiting.
