Ordered sauce on the kiosk and the sauce was free. But when i went to get the sauce. They said they had to charge me for it. If that is the case. Why havent you updated your kiosk to charge me for the sauce. Get it together. Because there is no reason I should be able to order all the sauce and then get told I have to pay for it after I order it. And to top this off. I get home and they didnt even complete my order. So explain to me why it so hard to work in fast food. I've worked in fast food. It is not this difficult.

Corporate office refuses refund, stating it was the store's perogative.
Store management has refused, stating it wasn't their fault it took 27 mi utes to find my order.
Ordered a large fry and a soda, for curbside. I waited 27 minutes. I could not wait any longer. I had to leave. I called to cancell my order and request the order be refunded. The manager who answered took nearly as long to find my order and tell me he couldn't do anything to help, then I assume he laid the phone down, because he refused to speak after that.

Went thru drive thru paid at first window went to second window asked to purchase a 10 piece mcnugget,was told to drive around get back in line and reorder.thats not acceptable, manager was rude and disrespectful. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME THIS PLACE SUCKS FROM SERVICE TO
