Not the same place it used to be. Was much better about 7 months ago. If your standing in line for carryout you shouldn't be able to hear the short manager with the black hair with all the pins on her hat talking drama and flirting with all the other servers and employees.

My husband ordered pizza for delivery. He was on the phone for almost 15 minutes just to order it. We were told it would be about 30 min. After an hr we called back to find out our order was lost so we reordered. They wanted us to pay again but the money had already come out of our account we did not want to pay twice. Did not end up ordering again. No pizza and as of today our money is not in our account.

If you like white lettuce instead of green then you may like the salad bar. Please add a variety of greens such as spring mix, spinach, etc. I'd be happy to pay a little more for the upgrade.

Some of our food was wrong. The pizza was globbed in sauce and hardly any cheese. Had to wait a while for the waitress to bring our check. They were NOT overly busy.

There glutten free peperoni pizza sucked tasted like card board had very little sauce and hardly any peperoni on it and burn marks under it
I ordered a pizza for delivery, it never came! When I called to find out why, the manager hung up on me!!! I called back, they hung up on me again!! WOW, you call that GOOD service???.NOT..... I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Calling this place and expecting a delivery. Cause it most likely won't happen! And customer service???? Definitely not!!! Very disappointed in Pizza Hut in Crawfordsville IN

Mariah was extremely helpful and kind and was super. busy and even gave my dogs a treat through take out. she seemed to be someone who actually enjoys their job. best pizza is Crawfordsville
Vegetarian options: they have lots of pasta bread and the buffet
Dietary restrictions: I believe that they still have gluten free crusts.

Restrooms were dirty, tables weren't wiped off. Food on the floor. Older female manager acted like I was asking too much for the floor to be swept. Won't go back and won't recommend it to anyone.
