I LOVE KAYLA or atleast that’s what the lady that gave me my breadsticks said her name was i forgot. BUT I LOVE KAELA‼️‼️‼️ and she was very very nice when she was talking to us about starbucks i forgot what she recommended but i bet it tasted good. My friend and I ate dinner at Crawfordsville Pizza Hut on Friday June 20, 2025. We had a good waitress and she was being ran crazy because of lack of help on the floor. She never said a word but we seen her working in all areas and this is not a good policy for customers, employees, or Pizza Hut. Then when we got ready to go to check out the young lady was so rude and had such a attitude- don’t know her name she was tall and thin with black hair and wore black glasses nice looking young lady! With a sharp tongue and attitude! We or I was going to pay half and my friend was going to pay half and you would have thought we had asked her to jump off the roof she walked away and asked our waitress to come and ring us out! Well I worked in the hospitality industry for 47 years and subbed for North Central Parke School corp. and other schools . I would say that she needs a course on learning to be appealing in the public. Crawfordsville has always been our favorite Hut in the area and I have been to all of them. Went for the first time in years to this location and we were pleasantly surprised. We were given excellent customer service, attentive wait staff, and a very clean restaurant. The pizza was as fresh as it could be and excellent. We had a good salad bar as well. We will definitely be back. Even though it was very busy, we were treated so well.

This Pizza Hut was fantastic. Food was hot and fresh, salad bar was fresh and very clean. Service was great. Went for lunch with my mother and 5 year old nephew (his favorite thing is pizza and fries).

Customer service was terrible, I paid for spoiled buttermilk ranch. Also specified light sauce and it wasn’t on either pizza. Use to be our favorite pizza place but not so much anymore .

I order delivery from this establishment usually once a week per my daughter's request, it's always great, the delivery drivers have a sense of humor, I like asking a crazy question, I just asked my delivery driver if he would be my valentine? Meanwhile my daughter and wife are waiting to watch romcom, he said yes! 20$ on top of the 20% I tipped online, if you work at pizza hut in the C-ville, you probably want to bring me your hot, delicious pizza, if you pass the test? You will be rewarded.

Not the same place it used to be. Was much better about 7 months ago. If your standing in line for carryout you shouldn't be able to hear the short manager with the black hair with all the pins on her hat talking drama and flirting with all the other servers and employees.
