Each team member has made a lasting impact, whether it’s through a simple hello, a kind phrase, a thoughtful drawing on my cup, or their patience as I stand in line forever just to order the same thing I always do.
You can tell that management genuinely cares about their staff. They work hard, support their team, and create an environment where employees know they are valued and important. That care flows directly into the customer experience.

Ordered a venti caramel latte and a tall photo chocolate, latte was only 2/3 full and luke warm, hot chocolate was a cup of warm milk, no chocolate or whipped cream.. of course it was a delivery order. Can't believe the absolute lack of quality 😡

Waited over 30 mins for 5 drinks. Got 1 at a time in that time. Why can’t they make one full order at a time instead of making 15 different ones. Ridiculous

Love my barista's here... Always have smiles and write personal greetings on my cup which really makes you feel special and what a great way to start my morning! And they always get my name, Madonna spelled correctly!

Guyssssss this isn't it. What is the *black dust* on this white chocolate mocha? What happened to the whipped cream- it's not whipped? Why is the drink separated? Why isn't the cup full? There is no line inside the store and one person in the drive through, so it's not like you're slammed. $9.45 for this drink? Guysssssss.... Maybe put a free drink card next to these kind of orders if you're not going to remake them?

I just want to acknowledge one person who has been there for several years. She was my barista today. I am always hesitant to get coffee in Crawfordsville since I moved away 90% of the time I have to have my drink remade and it bums me out. I don’t like complaining but I don’t like wasting money either. I really don’t wanna admit that I drink Starbucks almost every day , that’s on me and that’s my choice. I had a really good relationship with the Crawfordsville girls and guys before I moved away. They were phenomenal to me. It was almost like having a group of friends, but recently it’s hit or miss. so I placed an order this morning and was hesitant but when I saw the barista was Elizabeth, I knew I was in good shape. She has been phenomenal consistently and trained correctly because I never Have to send anything back when she makes it. She’s always so friendly and she gets it right every time which tells me she knows what she’s doing and she never rushes. If I could give that girl a raise myself, I would because she deserves it! Good hardworking employees like that are hard to come by. When people pay $5 to $10 for a cup of coffee or any drink, They want that coffee to be made correctly. Elizabeth really goes above and beyond. I just wanna appreciate her and to be completely honest. She’s the only reason I try to order from there when I am in the area. Good job Elizabeth. I feel like you’ve been there for as long as I’ve been coming there. I appreciate you more than you know, thank you so much for being that one employee that says the example.
