This place used to be awesome, it’s just turned into a disaster. You wait 15 minutes in the drive thru just to get the wrong order, basically the same way inside as well, can’t follow simple instructions for anything you ask for your order. The cleanliness is in bad shape as well. It’s all just went down hill.

Poor service, specially with dashing wait time is forever , rude management. If get food thru delivery expect to be waiting awhile. Woman's bathroom from wife said sink is broken don't work currently so can't wash hands . Give it a 2 stair in general.

We’ve eaten at this store twice in the last 5 days period. I hadn’t been in this location since they had wait staff (actually since before the pandemic). I absolutely love the new kiosk ordering process. Huge improvement. The food was remarkably good. Prices were also very good. The store was super clean, neat and tidy. We had shifted business to another burger business just down the road. But we’ll be giving this store more business now. This store is obviously very well managed. A big thanks to everyone there.

Usually very quick, but car in front of me had several bags. When I got my burger it was a bit over cooked. Drive through, not much atmosphere, but no trash, bushes do need trimes back a bit.

Now I've worked at a steak n shake 7 yrs ago but did they change the portion of meat on the steak burgers because Jesus they're small..... I'm just saying as consumer what's your take?

I was waiting on my order today and there was a worker in a red shirt and the ordering head phones on. He washed his hand the wiped his nose. In real. He did not rewash his hands
Terrible customer service from the manager (Jamie). We paid $2.65 for 3 medium sweet teas, attempted to refill, only to find out an employee threw out half of the tea in the back at 9:20, when the place doesn’t even close until 12:00 AM. Manager did nothing. Lazy staff in the back and an incompetent manager. Not to mention you are only allowed 1 refill while you dine in. Seats were dirty and countertops at kiosks were greasy! THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!

Food was good I have zero complaints, store was clean. Did not speak to a single soul since you order from a kiosk and pay at the same time, and the system actually asked if I wanted to leave a tip prior to receiving the meal and retrieving our own self serve drinks.
