I went in to Subway tonight after work and Shannon & Asher we're beyond amazing Shannon was working on an online order she greeted me and told me it would be just a moment so that I was at least acknowledged which is a big thing for me and then she made one of the best Subway subs I've had in a very long time. Asher rang me up and was a very polite young man. Their teamwork was really good as they both made sandwiches and rang me up as well as getting some of their other restaurant duties going. It was a great experience and I will be a returning customers for sure. đđđŻđ„

Every time I order food and ask for chocolate chip cookies they say there out or itâs to late to make them when we call two hours early so they can make them. This is bull and something needs done.

went to the drive through and was told âwell there is a long line inside here so itâs going to be a min before we get to youâ (no cars but two were outside) i asked if she was the only one working she said no but the other person isnât helping in store customers theyâre only doing online orders. i asked if we should come inside and she said there was no need to.
had she not been so rude in her demeanor this may have turned out differently⊠i told her not to worry weâd go somewhere else she said âthatâs great, ok byeâ like you couldâve not been so messy and just said ok, have a nice day⊠wouldâve been WAY more professional.

kendra and paris were working and as soon as i walked in, i was welcomed with a smile and them being friendly. while ordering we had small talk about how our day was going. neither of them seem like they were just wanting to go home but were excited to help anyone that came through the door. i ended up eating in the lobby and just everything was so clean also best thing was they didnât care about my child running around the store or wanting to talk to them. will be coming again!

Great conversations every time and itâs even got to the point where we dont even need to tell him what we want he knows!! Heâs already making our sandwich before we walk through the doorđ great guy!! Dude literally told me to come in and get my food myself because I went to drive thru to pick up my pick up. Not my fault your other worker was out back fighting with his girlfriend while you had a line of people. I was being patient and even told dude I would wait for him to finish. Well won't be back to that one. Hard to find any help let alone half decent help these days, teens should not be left unsupervised. I'll try one of the other 5 subways next time, if there is a next time.
