Finally broke down and decided to come back after a few months of not going to this Taco Bell establishment after my last experience and now, this is my final time. Why?
Like the last time a few months ago, they didn't get my order in until 10-20 minutes later so I had to wait another 10-20 minutes, making it 20-40 minutes in total. Now I'll give them credit for one thing, at least they're not stupid when getting my order right and exactly how I want everything done but where do they fail the most? Being punctual is the answer. Not the mention, the employees act like they have better things to do and usually hide out in the back. I get that no one wants to work but damn, at least tend to your paying customers that just want their food fast and go home to unwind after a long day. Will I come back after this? Absolutely not. This is the final time this Taco Bell establishment will not be earning my visitation. I wouldn't be surprised if this location ends up being shut down in the next year or two. As much as I love Taco Bell, this establishment has seen the last of me. Good-bye and good riddance.

Very slow and uncaring establishment. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL talking about other employees business in front of customers (including children) giving no regard to the customers in the lobby. This store NEEDS change immediately

Do not order Door Dash through this store! Door Dash orders are made, and set there, forever before they go out because the drivers are forced to sit in the Drive-thru line even if it's for an hour because they close their lobby at, or before, 9pm. The Drive-thru times for this store are consistently 30-45 minutes. And yet, every time you get to the window after 9 pm, everyone is chatting, laughing, goofing off, and acting like they are at home. 5 years ago, I rated this store at 5 stars. Recommended to fire everyone and start over. What a dump. Should be ZERO stars because no one here has any self respect.
Inside was so gross and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. The smell was about to make me gag. The employees were talking and goofing off. I ordered one beef chalupa I should have left. I watched him make the entire thing so I ate it. He did wear gloves, in my mind that help somewhat. Will not go back. Grayson was very nice and apologetic of the nonsense that was going on.

I never have a good experience at this location. Wait times are ridiculously slow. Atmosphere is not inviting at all, and food quality is subpar. Worst Taco Bell ever. I only order here to avoid driving clear across town to the other Taco Bell, but after yet another incident of waiting over 15 minutes for my order to be ready, it’d almost be worth the drive.
