I tried this restaurant for the first time as a local and was really impressed. Their atmosphere was really cute and felt like you were at a restaurant at the beach. Everything looked really clean and well taken care of. The server, Kate was super attentive and on top of the service. There were some great creative options on the menu and I can tell the cook/chef is passionate about keeping the food interesting and high quality. I tried the fish and chips and was throughly satisfied. The tartar sauce and coleslaw were good with the dish. I am excited to go back and try one of their burgers next time. Two thumbs up!

I wont be back. They were way too slow, messed up our order, cooked our fries in old oil making them uneatable and charged me for someone else’s order on top of mine. They did void it so it will go back on my card at some point but still very frustrating.

We got the crab queso appetizer and it was soooo yummy! Also the build a burger option is so appreciated, I’m so picky with toppings! 10/10

I called and placed a takeout order. The girl on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, a pork tenderloin sandwich, and fettuccine shrimp Alfredo. I asked to substitute the fries for onion rings and the girl on the phone said that would be no problem.

I went about 20 minutes later to pick up the food. A man told me to go down to the bar to grab the pick up order, so I did. I stand at the bar for about 2 minutes before the bartender asked if he could help me (he acted like I was an idiot for standing there). He rings up the check and I look at it, I was charged for 2 sandwiches with fries and the fettuccine Alfredo, I was also charged for 2 orders of onion rings.

I explained to the bartender that I just wanted to substitute the fries for onion rings, that I didn't want both. He explained, that yes, that is what is in the bag. I said, why was I charged for the fries and 2 superate orders of onion rings? He said that is how they do it and they can't change anything about it.

So I was charged for 2 sandwiches with fries (not given the fries) charged for 2 orders of onion rings and charged for fettuccine Alfredo. As I was leaving the guy (assuming the owner) who pointed me towards the bar asked if everything was okay. I explained to him the situation and how sometimes it's a $2-3 upcharge to switch to onion rings, but I've never seen it cost $12+ to substitute fries for onion rings. He just rensured what the bartender said, that is how we do it, fries automatically come with the sandwiches and there's nothing we can do about it.

All this hassle for some mediocre food. You'll probably want to get the fries instead of the onion rings, fries are a lot harder to mess up. The chicken tasted rubbery just like the frozen bagged chicken breast from Walmart and Kroger. The pork tenderloin was thin, small (about the size and thickness of a McDonald's burger patty) and extremely overcooked, my grandma couldn't even chew it. The shrimp Alfredo wasn't bad at all, reminded me of olive garden quality (nothing special, but not bad). The "garlic bread" is 2, 1/2 inch thick slices of bread drenched in olive oil, sprinkled with onion power, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. The "garlic bread" was the best tasting thing out of the entire order.

We spent $52.91 and all that got eaten was a few onion rings and the shrimp Alfredo. The pork tenderloin wasn't edible and I was too afraid to eat the rubbery chicken, I didn't want to get sick.

I would not eat at Barefoot Burger again, even if it was free. I highly don't recommend this place.

We had great service with staff who gave us recommendations for nearby things to do. The food is great too!

We ordered spicy cheese curds (very good, not too spicy), bacon cheese burger well (good, well seasoned, juicy), and a chicken bacon ranch wrap. 4 stars because the chicken bacon ranch wrap came out with no bacon and had to be returned. After it came back the bacon that was put on it was more like chucks of cold bacon bits.. over all it was a good experience minus the chicken bacon ranch wrap. We really did like the place and will be back to try something else. House made ranch was great! FANTASTIC service.

I ordered two beef burgers and sat at the bar with my wife. I was impressed with the open-air kitchen and the fact that the burgers were seared in a cast iron skillet—a great touch!

However, while watching the food being prepared, I saw the woman making our burgers accidentally drop the top buns on the floor. I could clearly see and hear them hit the ground. Trying to avoid embarrassing her, I quickly looked away. To my surprise, she picked up the buns, glanced to see if I was watching, and when she saw me looking away, she put the buns on the plate as if nothing had happened. I couldn’t believe it. I spoke up and asked her to replace the buns, which she did, visibly embarrassed and apologizing.

The burgers turned out great, with a nice smoky flavor that paired perfectly with a cold pint. When I asked for the bill, the guy at the register apologized for the "almost" dropping incident. Although I wasn’t planning to bring it up, I felt compelled to correct him—I had actually seen the buns fully hit the ground. The waitress also chimed in, claiming she "almost" dropped the buns. I didn’t argue since I wasn’t looking for any compensation, just wanted to make sure they understood what really happened.

The guy apologized again and insisted it was an "almost" incident, though he did comp half of our meal, which was appreciated but unnecessary. Despite how delicious the burgers, fries, and beer were, the experience left me feeling uneasy. It makes me wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t noticed, so consider this a caution for future diners.

I had a Ruben sandwich. It was very tasty, however, it was heavy on the butter . Otherwise, it was very good experience.

Tonight was our first time here. The food was perfect! Everything was fresh and homemade. Definitely didn’t disappoint and our server was on it. We will definitely be back!

First time visit. Place was clean and cute. Wasn't at all busy. Waited 45 minutes for the meal. The reuben sandwich I ordered was not so good. Hard toasted bread. Corned beef was just a few crumbles. Not slices. Sauerkraut was tasteless. Undoubtedly the worse reuben sandwich I've ever eaten. Chef/cook should go about any place and order one to see what a reuben sandwich is. Even Arby's is a huge step above what was served me.
No way could I recommend bothering to visit.

Great food, friendly staff and a large selection of beer. We were traveling through the area and will stop back in again! I had the Islander burger with onion rings. It was very good.
