Typical diner style food, which is one of my favorites. We did breakfast. Had to, hence the name. Got the skillet, chip beef gravy, an polish sausage. Very good. Place was packed. No long waits.

A great diner-style breakfast and lunch place. No prentious fare here, just good food done well. Get there early, as they are open from oh-dark-thirty to 3pm.

Delicious omelets, skillets, and more for breakfast, with good coffee and. Great service.

Im not sure what has happened to this place, it used to be the best around. First off after being seated, we were forgotten and had to track down a waitress to take our order. The order arrives and they forgot part of it, then my mom asked for ketchup, and it never arrived. I did enjoy my 1 cup of coffee that never got refilled. Do Better

Honest Review – A Mixed Experience, but Worth a Second Chance

Where do I begin? I was genuinely excited to have breakfast at The Breakfast Company with my husband. However, when I looked over the menu, nothing really called out to me. Since it was 11:30, I figured I’d go with a lunch option and ordered the chicken salad croissant with French fries. My husband went the traditional route and got the country fried steak with pancakes, eggs, and hash browns.

He thoroughly enjoyed his meal—said the eggs were cooked perfectly and everything tasted great. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. After one bite of the croissant, I had to spit it out. The chicken was tough, like it had been sitting for too long, and the salad was completely flavorless. The saving grace of that plate? The French fries—they were crispy and well-seasoned.

Now, here’s the bright spot: Katie, our waitress, was absolutely lovely. She was attentive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. She took the inedible croissant off the bill without hesitation and let me order something else instead.

I went with the crepe combo—strawberry and Nutella crêpes, scrambled eggs, and bacon (which I passed to my husband since I don’t eat pork). The eggs were fluffy and delicious, but the crêpes were a letdown. As someone French, I might be picky, but they were undercooked and had an unpleasant old oil taste. I couldn't take more than a bite.

When Katie came back to check on us, I felt bad having to voice my disappointment again. But really, how can things improve if no one speaks up?

Despite the rocky meal, I do plan to come back and give it another try. Everyone deserves a second chance, and the service here—especially thanks to Katie—was truly exceptional. Plus, my husband left happy and full, so that’s reason enough to return.

The service is always good even when they’re crowded. The food comes out fast in accordance with the amount of customers in house. The food is usually very good. Wait staff normally has the best attitude and commodity always working with each other and always having each others back when busy.

Called to make order phone was busy. So I called back phone rang and rang no one picked up. Called back someone obviously answered would not speak. So I hung up called back. And phone was off the hook. So I assumed they were on the line with another customer have called back multiple times and it seems to be they just took the phone off the hook. McDonald's has better service. Shame
