This was my first time there. My friend and I went there fir our birthdays. The food and service was absolutely amazing. I had a full order of stuffed French Toast and had to get a to go box because it was too much for me to eat.

Great food but had a bad experience today. I eat here regularly and they have always let me substitute fried mush for the grits. Today I was told that they won’t do it anymore, that I will be charged for it. I’m disappointed by this decision to not accommodate a customer request, especially when they’ve always done it in the past…😐

Incredible food, incredible service, incredible portions for the price. Even the black coffee was good, which is rare. Clean but unassuming, quiet but not dead. Nice bathrooms. They don't waste your time but don't rush you out the door either.

It was crowded. We did go during The Covered Bridge Festival. Service was okay. Biscuit and gravy needed more sausage. Not many places to choose from.

I walked into this Crawfordsville establishment expecting a good breakfast experience for me and my boyfriend. I was greeted at the door with such kindness and enthusiasm with the lady host rushing me to my seat! Asking me what drink I wanted before I was seated. Off to a good start! I sat down with my boyfriend, the server came over and asked for our order. The food came relatively quickly, somehow it was cold. Not hot, not warm, not lukewarm, just cold. We sadly ate the food and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited for the waiter to come back with the bill. It wasn’t expensive but the thing that got me was the 3.9% service fee for using my card. Just an awesome experience and place! Don’t come here if you’re under the age of 30 because they will not take you seriously.

I am a comfort keeper and my client and I like to come here after the pool for lunch the service is always good, so is the food, and atmosphere as well our favorite waitress is Katie she's the best, but they are all good

I don't understand the hype of this place. food similar to what you would see in a hospital or jail tray... Bland and basic..

We sat at the bar, as we usually do because we like to engage with the employees, and it did not disappoint. The manager was our main server and it was easy to see she knows what she is doing. All the employees were courteous, personable, hard working, and showed her respect. They would chat with us and it was just overall one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had. I had the healthy breakfast wrap with fruit and my husband had the French toast platter. Both were yummy. If we didn’t live over 2 hours away, it would definitely be a place we were frequent!

Typical diner style food, which is one of my favorites. We did breakfast. Had to, hence the name. Got the skillet, chip beef gravy, an polish sausage. Very good. Place was packed. No long waits.
