I live in a town where you don’t go to Wendy’s unless you want to be disappointed. I look forward to when my kid has a swim meet in Crawfordsville because of THIS Wendy’s. It’s the very best. Fresh, hot fries. Super nice employees.

there is one specific employee who works here, i presume a manager, (as she says welcome to 'my' wendys at the box) who has a serious attitude issue. she has been rude and spoken to me and my partner like we are children on multiple, multiple occasions. i work in food service and i would never speak to someone the way that she does. i understand having a bad day, but this is a near everytime occurance. as i'm writing this, we found our order was very wrong. it feels she is more worried about her power complex than getting people's orders right.

From the store to home is around 6 minutes. When I got home the food was not even warm and one of the buns was hard; probably from sitting too long in the store. Needless to say, I was very disappointed! I will probably not return anytime soon.

They said their card reader was down so they could only take cash when I got to the window. They refused to take my hundred dollar bill. I do not have any smaller bills as I normally use the card for everything and the hundred dollar bill is just something I’ve tucked away for emergencies. I told them I come here three times a week. They have a choice. If I leave with my food, I will be happy if I leave without it I will never return. The manager came to the window and said there was nothing he could do. I told him he had three options make my card work, take my cash, or give me the meal for free. I don’t care which one but the fourth option is let me leave and never return he said have a nice life. So the Crawfordsville Wendy’s doesn’t care if you’re a loyal customer that comes in three times a week you mean nothing to them I suggest spending your money somewhere else anywhere else! The customer that will never return!
We like Wendy's food but the service is terrible!!! We had a coupon the cashier didn't apply and then argued with us about its validity. My husband asked a question about our menu item and she was rude. A manager stepped in to answer his question, my husband ordered 3 of the new chocolate swirl, the cashier said we don't have chocolate swirl!! According to the picture he said what is that? The obvious choice between caramel strawberry and what look like chocolate! She said that's brownie!!! She was DOWN RIGHT RUDE.No smiles whatsoever. HOWEVER The food is hot and it tastes good, The restaurant is always freezing, and the tables had not been wiped down. Overall we like the food for a change from the other fast foods available so occasionally we will put up with some rudeness and the freezing restaurant to eat there. Hope the owners read these!!!
