If I could leave a zero star review I would.My family ordered dinner from there. We forgot an item, so we tried to call back. When we called back the employees picked up the phone without saying hello to anybody and then set it down on the counter so that they didn't have to take the order and nobody could call through.When my son got there to pick up the pizza that we ordered.He witnessed them answer the phone and then set the phone down on the counter so that they didn't have to talk to the customer and no customers could call through.When we contacted management, they said this is normal practice for them and that it's our fault. We should have ordered the second pizza when we came in to pick up the first one......Why couldn't we call and fix the order?That's how we ordered the first pizza via phone call?

I've been ordering pizza here for 25 years. And i've never had such terrible service as I had today. My wife.
Forgot to add something to our order. Spent 30 minutes calling back and they wouldn't answer the phone.And when they did they picked it up and set the phone down so we couldn't talk to anybody. So unfortunately we weren't able to order half the dinner we wanted to tonight.
