Shakes are on special. Shake machine broken. Have tried to take my grandkids for green shakes and the employee laughed. Obviously no intention of fixing the machine. Nice way to run a business

We ordered a nugget meal and a regular meal. The nuggets were served to us completely raw. My regular appeared to have been assembled by a 3 year old. They did make it right by making new nuggets and offered to re-make my sandwich. Still, half of my order was not made properly / well. Please take pride in your work. It's honestly not that hard to spend an extra 5 seconds to insure accuracy, presentation, and temperature.

Awful service from the staff. They put the wrong name on the wrong bag and then when my father brought it to me in the hospital it was filled with jalapeños. When I called the young lady they insisted said they asked if he had added jalapeños, which was a lie. I was polite about the situation until the young lady insisted my father was a liar. Extremely disappointed and I hope the owner has a talk with the staff about correcting mistakes in a professional manner.

This Arby's used to be good and I love Arby's but I can no longer eat there. My wife got the Chicken club wrap and it was dry and hard and I had a Beef and Cheddar and it turned my stomach. Looks like I'll just have to eat at other places then.

It's your normal Arby's, a little on the older side. I've always had good food here and the place is never that crowded.

The line was long so we went inside to order. They seemed busy, so we waited patiently to place an order. The front girl asked what we were there for, so we indicated we wanted to place an order. She walked away and never said anything to us again. All of the workers just looked at us but never said anything else to us or took our order. Another customer came in to complain and the front girl was rude to her and wouldn’t help. The other customer left and the workers instantly started to talk bad about her in front of us and the other customers present. After we saw that the workers were willing to stop working to talk bad about customers but not take our order we left. Very unprofessional.

We waited 22 minutes for a chicken slider, chicken wrap (which was made wrong), 4 piece potato cake, and a 1/2 pound beef and cheddar. The young ladies behind the counter were polite and nice the entire time. They said the roast beef needed to be changed out, yet the chicken items sat there getting cold. They gave us everything but the beef and cheddar when asked. The wrap was made incorrectly and was cold, so it took 5 minutes to remake that. After 15 minutes of waiting, my husband asked the manager what the hold up was and all he said was "I got you" and was given his food after another few minutes. We would've been better off going to a restaurant for quicker service. CP Arby's has really let themselves slip into oblivion at this point, we will not be back anytime soon. They only reason to go there is the potato cakes anyways.
