Just visited to try the Dubai Chocolate sundae and the product was a fraction of the photo advertised, more cream than substance. And the Cherries Jubilee shake was more milk than ice cream. Seems this location is more focused on cutting corners than keeping customers. Shame.

They were great. We took our soccer team there for ice cream for the end of season, roughly 12 kids and parents, and we were helped by at least 4 people behind the counter and each one was wearing a smile and patiently helped each kid with their orders. Super friendly folks, I was really happy with how they treated the kids.

Drive up order. Asked for Chocolate Malt. Told they don’t have. Just shakes. Ordered a large Chocolate Shake. Was charged over $8. Stunned! Paid and left. I took a sip of the Shake and the consistency was like drinking a glass of milk. The Shake was so thin it didn’t even coat the straw. Worst Shake ever. I checked the website for price. I was overcharged by $2. Won’t be going back. Hurray for DQ!

So disappointed with our cake. I even had to drive in and order a cake for a Birthday.. white cake and chocolate chip ice cream . Got vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream with chocolate cake. Paid 35.00 dollars in advance. Might as well give it away.

They wonder why fast food pays so little, but when you order something specific, and only go 20 feet away to pick it up, yet they manage to totally screw up the flavor you ask for !REALLY, how hard could it be to read a two worded label on an ice cream tub !I don't know, maybe they need to use pictures, for the blonds that work there.
